I unexpectedly had a Christmas flower order cancelled in the evening on Dec 23rd by another florist. So, I searched online for florists that were showing as delivering for Dec 24th and to outside areas. I called the store, automated message stated business hours, no mention of holiday hours. All good, felt better. Placed order online, it stated out of area delivery may be more, I was more than okay with that. Confirmation email received for delivery on Dec 24th(which I have). Dec 24th arrived, started panicking a bit as the afternoon wore on. Called store, no one picked up, auto message just stated if no one answered they were busy in store and again stated regular business hours, there was no additional message stating any specific holiday hours. Nor anything on website. I left a voicemail with my name, number and order number. Heard nothing. Received nothing. I would have even driven to pick this up if that was required. It is now January 6th, 2021 and not even an acknowledgement, via phone or email, from this florist. If they were closed, their automated messaging should have reflected that, their website should have reflected that and the website should not have allowed for the choice of delivery for December 24th. Were they closed? Who knows. I wasn't given the courtesy of any kind of follow-up.
