Loved the decorations and ambience! The young waitress was super nice and the only thing was she could be refilling drinks but not a deal breaker at all! The food was amazing and generous servings! The chicken balls were mostly chicken which was nice! I should have took pics of the menu.. we found our Chinese food go to!!

Bad experience ordering here. Not only was our food was completely different then what we ordered (they said it was a new menu but didn't let us know when we were ordering) the food was bad overall. I do not recommend under new ownership

I got take out from this restaurant based on positive reviews both in person and online.
One wonders if the people who enjoyed this food have actually eaten food before.
It was absolutely terrible.
The so called egg roll was so tough that it required a steak knife to hack through it.
Once the outer surface had been breeched, and the filling exposed, I discovered what can only be described as putrid cat food. I have no idea what was inside that egg roll, but it was brown and disgusting.
The “fried rice” was not.
The rice was brown. I don’t mean brown rice. I mean white rice coloured brown, one assumes with soy sauce. It was supposed to be chicken fried rice, yet it contained none of the ingredients one expects to find in fried rice and it may have contained chicken, but my lack of a magnifying glass made that conclusion impossible to reach.
Next the chicken balls. Called “sweet and sour chicken” on the menu, the dish is deep fried chicken balls with sweet and sour sauce.
These were battered so thickly that it was like each piece of chicken was wrapped in a tough pancake. Like the egg roll, they required the use of a steak knife to penetrate.
The final dish that I received was beef and broccoli. While not hideous, it was lacking flavour and definitely did not present as fresh.
I’m not convinced that this restaurant owns a bank of woks and suspect that the food is purchased ready made and reheated.
If this is the case, they should really seek out a higher quality supplier.

Zero stars.
Absolutely terrible.

Super friendly, easy-going staff. It was so helpful with a toddler dining out.
Was a kind gentleman who took a family picture of us girls at our table.

Food was OK, Guy Ding too salty. Waitress, not so friendly. Left us sitting at table without menus or drinks for over 10min. Restaurant wasn't busy, only 1 other table present who were finishing up their meals. Waitress no where to be seen. When she did appear, she made us feel like we were bothering her. Servings are large and great value for your money. Other times we visited were much better. I can't have egg in my rice so normally they make my chicken fried rice without it. This time the Waitress tried to say they can't do that. When I got my Meal, I had plain fried rice, no chicken or anything. This was our go to restaurant for Chinese Food but after this last experience, we doubt we will return, at least not for dining in.

This is an old haunt from years gone by that we decided to check out recently. It was well worth the drive from Halifax. The food was tasty, the service quick and friendly plus the prices are reasonable. We will definitely be going back.

This restaurant I found to be absolutely nothing but a hangout for local teens!!! My brother and I took out elderly mother out for her 80th birthday supper, and as we were waiting to be served a group of 2 teenagers come in followed by a couple more a little bit later, they sat there ordering drinks!!! We finished our meal and then paid our bill and proceeded out the door!!! On the steps outside to get down to the parking lot which are not very elderly friendly steps!!! They have an awkward rise and hard for the elderly to maneuver!!!! There on the steps sat 2 more teens, I didn't ask for I.D. but I'd say 15 or 16 years of age, we stepped down the stairs past them and got into our vehicle to leave, when one of the teens that was inside the restaurant eating and drinking came out and stood behind our vehicle as we were trying to exit the parking lot when he finally moved out of our way he met up with two more teenagers on they're way to the restaurant!!! The service was good but the waitress herself was a teen!!! Nothing I found except a hangout for the local teens!!!
