Great customer service! I was looking to purchase a few knives and was having issues with payment. I live in the States, and they only have a few options for payments. Called them, and they were able to walk this old man through the ordering and payment procedures. Made the order and received my knives in a timely fashion. Knives were exactly as described and will be a great addition to my collection. I will definitely be ordering from these folks again.

We went in later on a Monday and got help from the Dan. He was super awesome and made the whole experience better. It was fast and easy and we even had a nice chat. Would definitely recommend it to friends and family

The salesperson first told me my current chef knives were garbage, said only the knives they sold were any good, then cut open his hand on one of his own knives by accident and started bleeding all ove everything and refused to leave to bandage it. Disgusting, unhygienic and completely unprofessional. Obviously doesn’t handle knives ver often so I don’t know why he is working here or acting like he knows anything about knives.

Quality advice & service; now this is a business I will support!
The Store Manager, Amit Daniels, was excellent to talk to about all things "knives" and keeping them sharp. I had my kitchen knives sharpened there, and will keep them sharp longer now that I understand how to hone and why you need to hone your knives daily to keep them in sharp shape! If you're looking to make a new purchase, it's worth talking to him. If I need new knives, I will definitely buy from him. Most excellent service!
