Got a Beautiful Kansept Cosmo Knife for Christmas from there! Love it! I had lost a screw from it couple weeks ago somehow! I brought it into the store and Waylon had to take whole knife apart to replace screw and did it while i was at the mall!! Very happy to have my knife back !! Been buying knives here for 30 years and always great service!!! Love all my Global Knives from here as well!! I dont ever write google reviews but i feel he and other staff deserve it!

Excellent store with great service. Went in to have my kitchen knives and mandolin sharpened. I asked if I could be shown how it’s done and Waylon happily agreed . I learned so much and was so grateful for this new knowledge. The reconditioning of the mandolin blade cost 15$ (a new mandolin would have been much more) and it’s better than it has ever been. I highly recommend and appreciate the wonderful service.

We purchased a Japanese culinary knife a few days ago, after two visits in the Orchard Park mall store. Lewis Loiselle and Waylon Fiorotto gave us exemplary service and I learned how to properly use, clean and store a knife that will out live me. I love this store, it's a must go to every time I'm at the mall. The staff is super helpful and you can tell how much they enjoy knives. They sharpened up my EDC for free while I was looking at a new knife I inevitably bought. I can't recommend this store enough, if I could give more than 5 stars I would 🙂

My boyfriend loves this store, every time we’ve been there the staff have been excellent and extremely knowledgeable. I got him a knife for Christmas and the handle was loose, they immediately swapped it out with a proper one and gave us a knife sharpening coupon on the house. Amazing product, amazing staff, amazing store 🙂
