Edit review, I'm happy that a Mr Kevin gave me the time of day to try to rectify my problems with the internet as well as the rude lady in the wingham office but all and all not a bad company at all just a few employees that need a brush up on customer service, Kevin himself was great to be talk to

This company is very shady. They stole money out of my account . They don't care about customer service after you cancel with them or move. They take your money after leaving them without authorization and we didnt owe anything. We were clear of all charges. Be careful!!!!

The lady at the counter with curly hair is extremely rude and unprofessional.

They offer good service, but the highest speed they offer is 250/50 which is laughably slow for fiber.
