Pharmacy lady was taking care of my problems with my benefit's. I had all the information from the card on my phone but I didn’t receive the card in the mails yet. the pharmacist came from the back and told me that if I don’t have my card they won’t help me. Crazy how shoppers helped me no problem. Lucky I didn’t need insulin or something more serious. Pharmacist also got into an argument with the next customer. He’s on his high horse you need a new pharmacist that treats people better.

Tam and the rest of the staff are amazing, they always go above and beyond. My family has been using that pharmacy for as long as I can remember and even though we live in St. Thomas, we will continue to use this pharmacy. I will recommend them to anyone!!

This review is to call your attention and in case you did not realized, Port Stanley population has grown and will grow more. And it is ridiculous that we don’t have a Pharmacy on Sunday maybe you guys need competition of a Shoppers coming to town

Last summer I swore I would never enter this shop again after being verbally accosted by a mean old biddy from the very back of the store while I was entering. I understand COVID screening etc, but, screaming from the back?
Anyway, went very furtively, hoping not to be singled out, and it was friendly and welcoming, and biddy isn't there anymore. They have lovely gift items and a good selection of everyday health and beauty.
Reasonable pricing.
