We walked into Igloo restaurant few weeks ago, and soon realized that the owners have been changed. We were tad worried initially. However, I would argue that that the food quality has improved lots from before, and significantly cleaner than before! We were all very impressed how the new owners have kept the taste of the food better, and kept the place really clean. Congratulations and hope they can keep it up

The atmosphere is only average, but I think this place has the Best poutine in southern Alberta. The burgers are also good. The new owners are making this place great again, like it was 30 years ago.

Quintessential small town burger joint. I had the Igloo Special Burger, which was outstanding with combination of the clearly made-in-house patty, sauteed mushrooms and onions, and their special sauce. Fries were pretty standard, and my chai milkshake was good. Service was friendly and the overall vibe was pretty cute. I went there on a cold rainy day but I suspect this would be quite the destination on a nice day.

Good price on the big pizza excellent service and clean. Very nice place to be. The only thing that I found hard to find was the pizza menu online other than that. Excellent thank you very much.

Got some much needed delicious milkshakes on our way back from a work event out of town. The service was good, wish the sizing was better shown as my large was not much different than the mediums I bought for others.
Flavour was great and enjoyed the outdoor space by the pick up window to sit at and cool down for a bit before continuing our drive. Definitely recommend.

Came back after about 4 years, food was horrible, the best thing was the curly fries. Lady at counter could have cared less about anything. Not recommended anymore.

Igloo Cafe is our go-to place when we are camping in Fort McLeod and wanting a to have a break from cooking our meals. It's a unique experience from other places as you just walk up to the outside order window, tell them what you want, and then grab a seat outside at the picnic tables. Feel free to open a conversation with others as the locals are so friendly and the visitors are just as excited as you are for some delicious food. 🙂
