They have a large selection of products and the staff are very friendly. My favourite things from here are the premade sandwiches because they’re delicious and big! I like the Chicken sandwich and my husband likes the Beef. I add an extra 100g of meat and use 1 sandwich for 2 meals because I need the added protein (and I want less bread in 1 sitting).

I also really like their selection of butcher & deli meats, as well as their European chocolates. They sell fresh bread there, premade salads, baked goods (pretzels, sweets, etc), jars of sauces & pickled veggies and more!

My only wish is that they should have more sandwiches for later in the day (enough for up to 2pm at least).

Good selection of fresh breads and deli meats. Come early for bread. Pretzels are worth it. Pepperonis and sauerkraut are also quite good.

Still a nice place but has become quite expensive lately. I’m a big fan of pimento loaf but last time I was there it was $3.29/100 grams — it was $2 a couple years ago.

If you’re looking for good sandwich meats that won’t break the bank, I’d go to Mediterranean market down the street - they usually have specials for meats like honey ham or Irish ham.

Illichmann’s has some interesting unique offering though like Bavarian meatloaf. I’d check both out

Very clean and well run deli, butcher, specialty items, baking, European products!
I found competitive pricing and great service even if they are busy, which they are many times. Make sure to get your number ticket!

Great little shop. High quality meats. I go there for the sausage. The apricot sausages are amazing. Believe me I know sausages and these are the best sausages in Kelowna.

We had ordered a Christmas meal and there was a slight mix up but the staff, specifically Rebecca from catering, were absolutely amazing and eager to fix the problem without any hassle. Illichmann's is definitely one of Kelowna's best kept secrets. They have their own specialty smoked meats, their deli is excellent, and the fresh meats are handled by their own butcher. Top quality! Highly recommend!
