One of the best hidden gems in Kelowna!
IN N OUT Arabic Market is hands down my go-to spot for quality Middle Eastern products and delicious food. Every time I visit, I’m greeted with a warm smile and truly excellent customer service. The staff are friendly, helpful, and always go the extra mile.

The selection is amazing — from fresh breads, spices, and halal meats to sweet treats and hard-to-find imported items. And the food? Absolutely yummy! So authentic, flavorful, and made with love. You can really taste the quality.

Whether you’re shopping for groceries or grabbing a bite to eat, you’ll walk out feeling happy and satisfied. Highly recommend this place to anyone in Kelowna looking for great products and a welcoming atmosphere. 👏🇸🇾🇨🇦

Have been visiting the store from a while now, my go to place for middle eastern products that remind me of home.

Love the fresh bread, the qabsa, the shawarma and lots of diary products! They recently added butcher who provides fresh halal meats, marinates them as well

Great team and a welcoming environment. Definitely pay them a visit!

A friend recommended I try this place out and it did not disappoint. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I’ve been craving authentic and flavourful shawarma here in the Okanagan for quite some time. This is the closest I’ve had to anything I’ve experienced back in Ontario. From the pomegranate sauce on the fattoush salad, to the crackling pieces of shawarmas - it was quality stuff.

The portion was exceptional, the taste was excellent and the price is exactly what it should be. There are a few places in town that are okay, but at $20-25 for a to-go plate, I wish I was more impressed by their offerings. In and Out is fantastic and at $14.99 for this, it can’t be beat.

Edit* Adding another photo of our latest visit to IN N OUT Arabic Market, this time I ordered a platter and it was so good! Don't forget to add the Saj bread though, I forgot to order it this time! The rice was full of flavour and the hummus was silky smooth. I'll order the platter with extra meat next time. A suggestion for the tabbouleh, I thought it could use a bit more lemon, perhaps adding a slice of lemon in the box to adjust for personal preference.

Also, FYI Google Maps was showing this place as closed for some reason, glad we still went in!

In N Out Arabic Market has THE BEST Shawarma in Kelowna!

The staff were friendly and the food was delicious, full of flavour! The wrap was very fresh and tasted like it was made in house!

I'm looking forward to trying more items from the menu!

My family and I love to do our grocery and eat there. We tried most of the menu. Their food are so tasty and yum. They made everything from scratch and in house. The stuff are so friendly. Their shawarma is the best in town. They make the pita bread fresh in front of us. We love their food. Also their menu prices are cheaper compared with other businesses in Kelowna.
