Will never purchase from this dealer again.

Purchased 2021 QX50 in Oct 2024.
Couple days after pickup, noticed small amount of paint corrosion on back door (paint bubble with rust forming underneath.
Immediately contacted dealer and took vehicle in for them to take picture and submit claim to Infiniti Canada.

Since Nov 2024 have followed up SEVERAL TIMES with dealer who said they have not heard anything from Infiniti Canada.

I called Infiniti Canada today Feb 14, 2025 and was informed THE DEALER SUBMITTED THE CORROSION CLAIM TO THEM 4 DAYS AGO!

3 days later; Infiniti Canada declines my claim suggesting the paint was damaged!!!!

Really? The paint is bubbling
there is not damage coming from the paint, the rust is UNDERNEATH THE PAINT.

Done with this dealer, Infiniti and Nissan. No wonder they are failing.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Mohammad, the Service Manager at Infiniti of Willowdale, and I can confidently say that the service I received was exceptional.

The WORST service experience I have ever had !!!
Brought in my mother's 2007 m35x for an airbag recall and decided to paint 2 cosmetic scrapes she had on her bumpers ($ 2,000)
Sorry if this is a little long winded, but so was my horrible experience (lasted 3 1/2 months)
Came to pick up the car 5 days later with the service advisor telling me the bumper paint job made the car "look like new".
He completely did not mention:
1 - the bumper was painted a completely different white than the car. 2 - there was a big scratch / crack right in the middle of her dash where the airbag is. 3 - the shift lock cover was missing. 4 - the radio antenna was disconnected.
Complained to the service advisor and service manager re. the state of the car. They tried to argue that the paint was different because of the fading of the original paint on the car and the dash cracked because it was old.
After arguing with them to fix my car they agreed to repaint the bumper and talk to their dash guy about the crack in the dash (replaced the gear lock cover not with the original chrome but some black part they found).
Left the car with them, had to take an uber because they had no courtesy car for me.
Another week later came back to pick up the car, the paint job was not perfect but passable BUT they told me that the dash could not be fixed because the crack was right over the airbag and their guy could not do it. How is this my problem since they are the ones who damaged the car ?
No help whatsoever from the service advisor or manager, so I contacted the general manager, Dean Tsicolas (the only helpful one in this situation). He contacted Infinity Canada on my behalf and got me a dash replacement.
Two months later my dash came in. Dropped off the car again. Came back to pick it up and noticed a scrape on the newly repainted bumper.
Had to complain again, as they didn't check the car before returning it. Had to leave it for another 4 days while they fix that scrape.
Picked up the car, the paint job looked ok, the service manager said that he also had another curb scrape painted (which i didn't ask for) and even though it was "free" suggested I should tip their paint guy $100 for the courtesy.
I just wanted to get out of there and was happy that 3 and a half moths later, 4 trips back and forth to the dealership, $ 100 in Ubers and $ 100 in gas, I was finally done with them and never have to see them again.
As a final goodbye, as I got home and got out, I noticed that the driver seat was completely filthy and took me almost an hour to clean it.

It is a pleasure dealing with Mo and Sean in the service department. They remember your name and treat you like family. Repairs and tune ups are done quickly and efficiently. I wouldn't take my QX50 anywhere else.

I did have some trepidation before going to the dealership to get the diagnostics done for my G37x Coupe. From previous life experiences I equated dealership with "stealership". The staff made me feel at ease. They're were accommodating and answered all my concerns. I had a very quick turnaround, I had my car back by the next day. All in all I left there without losing the proverbial arm and a leg.

Had a very positive experience for my service. Shawn was very helpful and professional. My car battery had an issue and my car had to stay over night for diagnosis and repair, I was given a loaner vehicle and was able to keep it until I had time to go and pickup my car. I would recommend this place to do your service/repairs.

Just had my car serviced
regular oil change and tire rotation. Shawn was a pleasure to deal with and he got me out of there in under an hour! Greatly appreciated.
Also have been working with Monica over the years and she is the best!!!!
