I bought my first brand new saddle with the help of Julie. I am so happy with my saddle. I was having a hard time fitting my mare and this one fits great. Its super comfortable and gorgeous. Thank you for all your help Julie and Scott. Happy customer! Oh and shipping was fast!

I recently contacted the east coast saddle distributor for Irvine’s, with no more than a slight hope they would be able to find a saddle to find my large withered young mare. To my surprise, the process was super easy. I gave her a description of what I’ve been riding in and she contacted Scott. He happily shipped a saddle to her for me to try on my mare- no deposit required or strings attached. The saddle prices were extremely reasonable and they were willing to work with me within my budget. I was very happy with the saddle they sent, it fit her perfect. I was told the saddle usually doesn’t come with stirrups but he added them in at no cost- wow!! The east coast saddle distributor brought the saddle right to me, helped to make sure it fit my mare and to top it all off, I also got a complimentary sweater 😍. I highly recommend reaching out for your saddle needs, I’m definitely glad I did.

I had a very disappointing experience with Irvines Tack and Western Wear in Crossfield, Alberta, and feel compelled to share it. For Christmas, my husband purchased a beautiful pair of Rock’em boots for me from Irvines on December 15th. While they were stunning, they didn’t fit quite right. On January 2nd, we returned them and bought a different style, hoping for a better fit. Unfortunately, they still didn’t work for me.

The receipt clearly stated that we had 7 days for a full refund, so I made the trip back today to return them and wait until I could find the perfect pair. However, when I arrived, the cashier, Alicia M, refused the refund, insisting I was in the wrong and that a refund was not going to happen for the boots. Despite my explanation and pointing out the receipt’s policy, she was unwavering and dismissive, showing no empathy or willingness to hear me out. Instead of a refund, I was issued a gift card, which was not what I had intended.

EDIT - No questions were asked if I had the original card used to purchase the boots, as I did have the card.

The interaction at Irvine’s left me feeling unheard and undervalued as a customer. Businesses should strive to support their customers and provide clarity and understanding, but this experience fell far short of professional or acceptable service.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend a business that is so rigid and unwilling to work with their customers.
