Absolutely terrible, $4800.00 worth the work done and can’t even ensure bolts are tight and not rounded? Apparently I was made aware! Maybe about the transmission pan bolts he’ll I wasn’t even mentioned about the pan put on until after ? and the attitude I got when I arrived this morning from Service manager Al Sheppard “What do you want” “well book it in and we will tighten them” absolutely pathetic, joke of a service room Canadian tire has better service ? maybe get new management that doesn’t throw papers at you when you make a mistake as an employee as well or yell at you! Again. Pathetic

Great customer service and super easy to deal with and communicate with. By far the best experience I have had buying a vehicle. Will 100% go back and buy another vehicle from them. Both Greg and Katie were amazing at communicating the next steps with getting the vehicle and I found I was never left in the dark during the buying process like I have been with other dealerships.

I bought a used truck in November of last year. Since buying it, it’s had issues. Although not the dealers fault. The dealers principal and I discussed and offered me to bring it in to resolve a major issue. I’ve dealt with a lot of dealers and I can honestly say the dealer and Service department went out of their way to resolve the issue for me in a quick orderly fashion- Thank you

My dad took me to meet John(and his dad) when I was 16. John wagged his finger at me and said, “Your father has put a lot of trust in you. He hopes you are responsible enough. Please don’t disappoint him…or me!”. I remember that moment, and so many special times ever since. From the original garage and pumps(the history is worth a look), to the new location, JJStewart is truly a family affair. Always welcoming. Always accommodating. Always relaxed. Now coming full circle, and 42 years later…it’s my turn to contact JJ’s, to get my dad his next dream car!

Absolutely disgusted with these con artists. Will sell you a truck in a heartbeat. Try buying 5 from these guys specifically. But when it comes to quality in the service department, you might aswell take it to the high school shop. They will admit fault on their part, and decline to fix it. My truck went in and didn’t even make it to Trent river. They laugh it off after admitting technician fault. We will never have our vehicles serviced here again or be buying another Ram vehicle. Expect quality back yard mechanic type service out of this hole!
