Hi everyone ,

before you buy anything from this store please check the manufacturer site or other stores 1st. I recently got a Moose Knuckle Jacket from this store. After the purchase I noticed that the same jacket was on sale for 30% off instead of the 10% I had received from JCY. I called the store and explained the situation to them and in short after a couple of back and forth they agreed that the will give me back my money, however it will only in the form of a store credit. I don't understand they made an error with the pricing and refused to refund my money what kind of customer service is this? I do understand their policies and the reasons behind it. However when you as a retailer made the error you should do the right thing. I'm sharing the price from Browns shoe store and Moose Knuckle site that shows the discount. I will never shop here again. Do the right thing when you're in the wrong JCY. I should have had the option to have the difference refunded back to me instead of a store credit.

Would not recommend buying anything from this store. My boyfriend and myself were here on December 23rd purchasing a juicy couture tracksuit; after I had tried the tracksuit on my boyfriend asked the sales associate if he could pay for it while I was changing back into my clothing. The sales associate asked what sizes I had on, he told her my sizes and she out loud said “no, there’s no way. She would never fit in an x small” she repeated serval times that I would never fit in that size. It was very awkward and I ended up leaving the store. When my boyfriend explained the situation to the manager he seemed to care less. I would only recommend shopping here if you would like to be body shamed.

Really disappointed for there service. I bought moose knuckles jacket for my brother and he removed the tag before trying it on which didn’t suits him because of cuffs were too tight. And today when he went to store exchange with original receipt and the tag, the guy at store just saying jacket has been wore several times. They might b selling used jackets as it is same condition i bought or just not willing to exchange. Anybody who is looking forward to buy anything just make sure to try and try again at store and not at home otherwise it will be used and won’t be exchange .

got a Mackage jacket from here last year. Feathers started coming out and it needed to be repaired. I called JCY House and they said they can send it out for me to Montreal. Was told it would take 6-8 weeks to get it back, which i was fine with. 8 weeks went by, and i called them asking about my coat. lady on the phone said she wasn't sure if Mackage has received it (no tracking number) i definitely wasn't happy when i heard that. So i said locate my jacket and bring it back and i will repair it else where. then 1 week later she called and said your jacket is ready to be picked up. i went in, and it was fixed! Mackage repaired the jacket, gave me a new hood as the hood was damaged as well. So i was happy!!! 4 star because the communication about my jacket wasn't the greatest.

Had my eyes on a jacket for a while here and finally decided to pull the trigger on my Parajumper. I absolutely love it!! Their knowledge and customer service is outstanding. The store helped try it on and find the best fit for my body type. I love my jacket and I will definitely be back to get more items.

You can't return for a refund. They'll only exchange and do store credit however it'll only work at the store you initially bought from. Every JCY location has its own rules and don't accept exchanges and store credits from other JCY stores. I strongly recommend you buy at other retailers to save your time and money!

Really disappointed by the inflexibility. Got a store credit of 1200. Got another jacket for which I paid 100 dollars as deposit for ordering. At the time of final purchase, they would not return 100 dollars and use 1200 from the store credit. Even though I was told that was a deposit.

Incredible customer service!!!!!!!!!!!! They always go above and beyond to help my family by working with their vendors to get whatever we want. They also have a great selection of brands. Even during this unprecedented time, they have been really creative with advertising their new arrivals on Facebook and other platforms like Tiktok. I highly recommend this store! So excited for their upcoming arrivals!
