Beautifully curated collection of predominantly high end Scandinavian designs. PLUS … Wonderful service. Every time I visit Kelowna … I treat myself to a piece or two from their selection. Hit the sale this time ‘round and purchased two beautiful Spring/Summer/Fall coats. Thank you for bringing those with a discerning eye the kind of fashion that is simple and subtle yet makes a lasting impression!

Awful place, I parked my car in THEIR parking lot to GO into THEIR store. Before I was going to go in, I touched up my makeup for I kid you not 2 minutes and some man approached me in my car in a threatening manner and told me to move my car or I will have a ticket to pay and that the store owners hadn’t seen me in their shop and I’m not a customer. To which I said “yes I haven’t gone in there yet but I was going to after I fixed my makeup” and then he just kept arguing with me and I then declared that I wouldn’t be going into their store after all if this is how they’re going to treat their potential customers. No thanks.
Any time I drive by that place, you can always see the employees/owners watching people who may or may not be going into their parking lot. Kind of sad your business loses business by being so hostile. Glad I don’t support a business like this. 🚮 perhaps tear down your business and start a new business and make a parking lot.

A few months back I met a friend for coffee next door to your boutique. I had a gift to look to find that day as well. I parked in the back and went into your store to advise that I would be about an hour at my coffee date, then I would be looking at your boutique for ideas. Which I did. You told me it was no problem to park there. Now I am being hounded by diamond parking for parking in your lot. I have phoned and asked you to remove this issue w the parking company. As they told me you didn’t report me as compliant. You must be killing it in your business, in this economy. To treat kind, respectful potential customers in this way. How truly ignorant and rude, but honestly it’s a reflection of how I felt being in your store. You’re snobby and a poor reflection of what good customer service looks like.

I stopped there to grab something my mother had picked out I walked across the street for 2 seconds to grab my lunch from mucho burrito that I had prepaid for and was ready and waiting for me I came back to my vehicle and they gave me a parking ticket I am choosing to take my business elsewhere

I would like to preface this with this review does not reflect the product Jigsaw sells, it reflects the customer service. My mom was visiting me in Kelowna and borrowed my car to go to Pandosy Village and look for a dress for a wedding and grab some lunch to bring home to me. She had walked passed Jigsaw a few times and decided she’d check them out first, so parked in their business parking lot (directly beside the Bean Scene parking lot which mind you had 0 restrictions). She made the decision based off the time (1pm) to go into the coffee shop next door (Bean Scene) to make sure she could get some baking for lunch before they ran out for the day. Before heading into jigsaw she dropped the food off in my car about 10 minutes after initially parking to free her hands before continuing on to the shop. However she didn’t end up doing so because she find an $80 parking ticket on the dash. Frustrated about this she didn’t continue on with her plans to go shopping but instead came home and told me what happened. We called Diamond Parking and we’re told to submit a dispute claim, but we’re denied that. Considering one parking space over is completely free to park in, which would have been utilized had they not been full, that price seems astronomical. Really hoping the owner can make this right, because where it stands now all this has done is cause them to lose a potential paying customer. Would also like to mention this lot isn’t a pay parking lot, just private lot thats a continuation of a FREE business parking lot.

I live in Ontario and have never been to the boutique, but I found them on Instagram and reached out about a coat they posted. The ladies that work there were very responsive and helpful. Ann answered all my questions and even sent more pictures modeling the coat for me from all possible angles. The owner was very honest about an upcoming sale they were having in a week's time and offered me an additional discount if I wanted to buy right away. The ladies promptly processed my purchase over the phone and mailed the coat to me. I am very happy with my purchase and impressed with the professionalism and honesty with which the ladies handled my long distance purchase. I look forward to buying from them again in the future, and maybe meeting in person one day.

Great selection of clothes & really good sale prices on some garments. Sadly not in my size today but I'll keep trying. Owner delightful, upbeat & knowledgeable. We truly appreciated the recommendation of where to eat in the area, had a great lunch just across the road from the store. Thank you.
