The wonderful management and assistant that assisted my son-in-law with graduation attire, went above and beyond to assist us and make the dream happen, within a very short amount of time, to sizing hemming, color and budget, the ladies were wonderful, I couldn't ask for a better team of women to assist in a moment that comes once in a lifetime, thank you! They're a
class act, and I enjoyed our wonderful conversation too.

We bought about $600 of clothing items at the Duncan branch, one of which was a leather belt priced at around $125 plus taxes. I wore it maybe 5 times but the buckle leather area fell apart. I reported it on their online form twice - no response. I reported it again - still nothing. Nice staff but very poor(none) follow-up on a defective item. We will be shopping elsewhere. I would expect a belt to last longer than 3 months. Jim’s - do better and take care of your customers.

I was trying to browse quietly in the store and I didn't get through five minutes before I was made uncomfortable enough by two staff members that I had to leave.

The first interaction - the greeting and offer of help - was expected as it reduces the threat of shoplifting and creates a positive experience for extroverts, but I deflected and grey rocked and the staff member left me alone fairly quickly so I figured the worst was over and I'd be allowed to browse in peace.

The second staff member seemed to be the manager on duty by the relative quality of her clothes, and inexplicably began asking me questions about whether I'd been in before, et cetera, despite the fact that she was within earshot when I had the unwanted and blessedly short interaction with her staff member.

I fully understand that these women were trying and failing to be friendly in a way that I would appreciate. However, I am an introvert and what I object to is being hounded and I would have appreciated being left alone unless I had questions or needed help. I definitely shouldn't have been approached after clearly expressing that I didn't appreciate the first contact. I know I won't be back unless I have a second person with me to act as a decoy to keep them busy while I browse.

Good quality clothing, and clean place to shop.
I would definitely like to shop here more often but the price range is high. Bring in more mediem range clothes/prices and would love to support this business more.
