Regular/Standard No Frills store. Well stocked and clean. Sufficient aisle space to facilitate free movement of more than one person. Products are reachable for an average height person. I did not analyse the prices, but I expect it to be the same with other locations. Finally, I did not see a self-service checkout point here.

I received two packets of hairy chicken that I purchased in April of this year, cooked one packet, thought it was a fluke, purchased another and I just defrosted the chicken tonight for dinner where there were feathers and hair allover.

I couldn't even clean off the hair/feathers, there were also bone shards and pieces. This is unacceptable, I will be reaching out for a refund or something. I will be getting my chicken and meat from Costco going forward

No Frills at Bathurst and Wilson have this sign that says $3.29 for the rice however, they are selling the rice at $4.99. This is very misleading to your customers. I complained did not get the satisfaction or any good reason.

I had a really disappointing experience here. Right after the store closed, we were gathering our things to leave when a staff member suddenly approached us and started swearing. It was obnoxious. Definitely not the kind of behavior you'd expect from customer service.

This is my local No Frills store. It has a large variety of groceries for a medium sized store. There is a large Israeli section in the store and especially like the selection of fruit drinks. It tends to get crowded during the weekend and this will lead to no parking. Look elsewhere for fresh meat and fish but overall it is reliable everyday shopping supermarket.

Some selections do cater to specific communities. There is a good selection of Kosher chicken for example. The frozen food section has products that cater to Asian, and Filipino markets, as well. In some areas: kosher candy, and dairy, the selections are many. I actually go to this store if there is something that I cannot locate elsewhere, or if I am looking to try something new.

I found a peanut butter flavoured puff in the snack isle that I will try very soon. Nice selection of crackers. Worth my trip! There are some days that there is a crowd. It is generally a busy location. If you would like to enjoy your shopping experience, I would check google for the least busy time to go.

I'm not sure why, but I rarely request a price match. However, on the few occasions I do, the staff often treats me like I'm doing something wrong. They usually end up matching the price, but the skepticism—questioning whether it’s the right product—and the tone of voice used come across as offensive. If price matching is offered, it should be honored respectfully. If it's not something you genuinely want to support, then perhaps it shouldn’t be advertised. Either way, customers deserve to be treated with courtesy and respect.
