What an amazing location. Awesome place for a date day. Unbelievably clean and vibrant. I had the breakfast dog, so yummy definitely going to be having more of them in my future. The wife had the bacon benny that was also delicious.
Going to have to come back for lunch and try their boozy milkshakes, they look so good.

This place is sooo cute. The atmosphere was to die for... very authentic old fashioned diner feel. The service was phenomenal. Food was quite good... best onion rings I've ever had. Amazing gourmet grilled cheese sandwich. The chicken wrap was very fresh with lots of fresh lettuce, but a bit sparing on chicken and a little dry.

Will definitely be back!

This is a great place to go for an amazing burger and fries. We wanted to eat in but had to leave just as our order arrived. They accommodated us with take out containers with a huge smile. Oh and their Mac and Cheese is awesome too. But I do have to say, my daughter got the churros and ice cream and WOW IT IS SO YUMMY!!!
If you haven't eaten here yet, I recommend checking it out. A step back in time , amazing mouth watering food, the chef and staff that goes above and beyond to accommodate their customers. Thank you for an amazing nostalgic experience.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Johnny's Jukebox, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. Stepping through the doors felt like taking a trip back in time to the golden age of American diners. The atmosphere is meticulously crafted, with classic checkered floors, vinyl booths, and a jukebox playing all the hits from the 50s. Every detail, from the neon signs to the retro memorabilia, contributes to a nostalgic and vibrant setting that truly captures the essence of the era.
But it's not just the decor that's a blast from the past; the food and service are equally exceptional. The menu is a delightful collection of diner classics, all executed to perfection. The portions are generous, and the quality of the ingredients is evident in every bite.
The service was impeccable, friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Johnny's Jukebox isn't just a place to eat, it's an experience. If you're looking for a spot with delicious, comforting food, top-notch service, and an atmosphere that genuinely transports you back to the fabulous 50s, this is the place to be.

As a first-time diner, I gotta say; it was a great experience! Johnny’s Jukebox Diner is one of those unique throwback locations that celebrations the 50’s from food to decor!

While the restaurant can get pretty noisy at peak hours, it’s never too loud you can’t have your own conversation. The staff are friendly and courteous and clearly have a good time working there!

The food is good as well; good-quality for a good price, not to mention a great selection of milkshakes! It couldn’t be a 50’s diner without them, after all!

With live local bands playing every so often, it’s a perfect place to get a lay of the town atmosphere as well; stop in for a bite and a shake, soak in the vibes and leave with a full belly - and a full smile.

Drove from downtown Vancouver to visit District 1881, spotted the Johnnie’s sign and decided to stop for lunch. Food was excellent, server was friendly and efficient, restaurant and restrooms were bright and clean! We had the meatloaf (delicious!) and the rueben sandwich (loaded with meat and sauerkraut) 😋 The coffee was very good, too. A beautiful, nostalgic experience. Five stars all the way through. 🥳

So proud of our local community for putting something retro and unique in Chilliwack that reflects times past. The owners, Christina and Moe certainly have gone over the top in adding every detail and sparing no expense, making it the most comfortable little retro Diner I have ever seen!
It is extremely clean, Great menu and plenty of food for value. There are some very unique orders on the menu that makes it far more than just burgers and fries. their milkshakes are especially amazing and they will leave you full as they are served in the traditional metal containers they are mixed in. The washrooms are exceptionally clean and The servers and staff are always working and keeping things clean. Come on down and try this Retro Diner, it's a Great place to meet and eat while enjoying a classic 1950,'s Decor 💯 plus we are now starting entertainment each month here! We have sold out two shows already.... There's good rocking tonight at Johnny's jukebox!

At first, my wife and I were looking for a new place to try, browsing online from home, when we came across this spot. Initially, we didn’t want to come because the photos and content on the Instagram page looked not really pleasant . But since we had already tried most places in Chilliwack, we thought, “Let’s give this one a shot too.”
I’m telling you this because we came here with a lot of prejudice — but the place turned out to be such a pleasant surprise! It’s extremely clean and well-organized. Just like the menu says, “Back to the 50s” — it really takes you back in time.
The onion rings might be the best I’ve ever had in my life. I ordered the Texas STYLE PULLED PORK burger for myself, and it was honestly very good. Seeing a place like this in Chilliwack genuinely made me happy. The prices are affordable (we ordered a bit more just to try things out).
Now, if you asked me “Okay, but what are the downsides?” — I’d definitely say the promotion. A restaurant with such great management and food deserves better marketing. I see a lot of potential for this place to grow.
