Had a very pleasant shopping experience today at Julie’s in the Oshawa Centre, Dee was very helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble as I tried on multiple dresses, tops and pants. I am very happy with my purchases and I’ll definitely be back

Terrible customer service. Salesperson was extremely rude to me and seemed annoyed the whole time I was shopping. I walked into the store to find a prom dress and upon walking into the store, I approached the salesperson and asked her how she was, she shouted back saying "You need to wait!" This immediately put me off, but I decided to shrug it off and browse while I was waiting. She looked at me again and shouted "Don't touch the dresses!" I politely told her that I was only browsing while I was waiting and hadn't touched anything. The rest of my time in the store, I felt uneasy as she seemed annoyed with me. I ended up leaving the store empty-handed, almost in tears and bought my prom dress elsewhere. I was scrolling through the other reviews and it seems lots of people have had issues with the attitudes of your salespersons. Please take the time to train your staff on how to treat customers.

After trying other shops in the mall and elsewhere, purchased my daughter's prom dress here. Great selection and prices. The sales attendant was helpful, courteous and personable. Would absolutely recommend.

I wish I read the reviews before purchasing my daughter's grad dress here as many of the experiences are very similar to ours unfortunately. The dress arrived late first of all, which we were told 2 weeks max and they were unapologetic about this. The dress was then taken to a professional seamstress for alterations and was determined that the zipper was not even sewn in properly and the material was not even cut properly to begin with, making it not sit proper at the back at all. HUGE made in China label on the dress, think twice before buying a dress here for $300 to have to pay to have it re-made. This is what I would have expected if I purchased off of Shein. When I called the store, the owners response was he can order me a new dress with 2-2.5 weeks delivery time to drive another hour back and forth to pick it up. That is not helpful when it will arrive after her event. He refused to even offer a discount. Do not shop here, go elsewhere and to a store that will stand behind their product and values customer service!

Amazing experience today looking for Mother of the Groom dress. Owner was extremely courteous and helpful in chosing my dress. Wanted something not old looking and not too young looking. Something here for every style so check it out. Wedding/grad/prom casual or cruise wear.

Very positive experience. Fatima was so very helpful and friendly. We went to another store in the mall and did not find the same service, therefor looked elsewhere and are we ever glad we did! She even helped my daughter pick a colour better suited to her! Highly recommend going ... I got an outfit for grad there too!

My daughter had went into this store and the lady working said to her "there isn't enough dressing rooms available, so could you please come back later"? Really?
What if she really wanted a dress from this store, but lived out of town?

I'm pretty sure if there was a lineup for dressing rooms and she really wanted a dress, then she would wait. extremely poor service if you're a teenager looking to buy a grad dress. I do not recommend this store at all.
