Today I received the best service from Jump! I had to order a pair of ballet shoes for my daughter (she lost hers and I didn’t know what size she was wearing). I called in and the lady walked me through in putting an order online and making sure I pick the right ballet shoes (I live out of town). My order was processed and shipped out same day! Thank you Jump for the great service! I highly recommend Jump for any of your child dance needs ❤️

Very cute store with a good variety of dance and skate apparel.
I brought my daughter to get two sets of dance outfits. The price is little steep, but you get what you pay for. I bought her one pair of leggings with a sports bra and a pair of shorts with another sports bra . I also got her one mesh small bag. It was $300. I wanted to get her good quality dance clothes. So if you want good quality dance clothes and everything else in between , This is a good place to come.

Some examples of what they have:

Onesies, skirts for onesies ,shorts, leggings, sports bras, dance shirts, skin or beige colored bras and seamless underwear, really long sockets,lots of figure skating outfits and skate apparel,dance bags, dance shoes ,dance jewellery, sticky tape etc)

I did feel that the cashier was a little slow checking us out. It took about 15 minutes to check out. There was an item that didn't have a barcode, so she had to go find that.
You have to enter your email when paying for something as well which takes time.. otherwise, nice experience.

I ordered online and the order arrived in 2 days. I live in southern Ontario and have had an awful time trying to get the skating tights and socks my granddaughter needed. I found Jump online and will use them again. Great service.

I got ballet shoes and I have nothing bad to say! I love them and the staff were helpful, knowledgeable and helped me pick out a good pair. The store itself is very clean and bright. I see myself back there soon!

Ordered skates, paid more than $20 extra for 3 day shipping, then notified delivery would be 7 days after placing order.
Contacted company who tried to blame shipper for delays, but initial delivery estimate from shipper was 7 days, then delays were added.
They say that orders placed before 1pm will ship the same day, but the order wasn't processed until 7pm and wasn't shipped until the following afternoon.

This shop has become a “must stop” when I visit Sudbury. Wonderful and friendly service, and a welcoming atmosphere. I had a pointe shoe fitting with Sandy this visit (who came in just for me, since I am only in town for a few days) and she was great. Knowledgeable, to the point, and I walked away with well fitting shoes. I wish I had a shop like this in my city!

I've ordered online from Jump! in previous months, and we were happy to visit the store in person. Staff was friendly and helpful. My daughter was able to get everything she needed for her upcoming figure skating competition.
