I think the owners are super nice I've met them in passing and they seem to do stuff for the community, but I'm tired of the prices, always doubling up every other week. 1 week. I go there and get coffee and it's 21. The next week I go there and it's 25. No-frills used to be affordable. Grocery store, especially for people who can't afford it. I make good income, but everybody's struggling nowadays and the fact that no-frills prices are down near close to Showee's, it's crazy to me, no-frills. And food basics are supposed to be grocery stores that have great product and great produce. But 2 times or 3 times I've been to no frozen eggs and the meat that I bought was bad and I had to bring it back and no, they're not always stopped. And that's another issue so that means that when I actually need to stuff. I need. I have to go all the way to Berry or to alliston. But the prices to me are crazy and I work for a food company so I know what they're paying to stock their grocery stores so I don't understand why grocery stores think it's okay to put the prices that high if I were to put out the info on what they pay to load. Up that grocery store Everybody would be sick to their stomachs on how they can charge us as much as they do

I was in the store today, I was getting a box of red peppers among other items. The one box I picked up had a damaged moldy pepper in it. So I swapped one pepper from another box. one of your employees (tall middle-aged white guy) came up to me and basically accused me of stealing. I left the store feeling absolutely terrible. I will never walk into that store again in my life. And I have spent tens of thousands of dollars there over the years, as has my family. but never again.. I will make sure everybody I know is aware of what this store is really like. if you don't want people swapping damaged vegetables for undamaged, get better management in your produce department and get moldy produce off the floor.

I shop at No Frills on a regular basis and I am very disappointed in the produce sold there recently. Specifically the Farmer’s Market Royal Gala Apples. Every single apple I cut into is rotten. It’s hard enough for people to eat healthy and make good food choices. We should be able to trust the stores that are selling us the produce to ensure they are good quality. I hope that these bags of Royal Apples are recalled as soon as possible so that other people don’t waste money and time on buying rotten food.

The customer service at the No Frills in Angus is extremely disappointing. The young cashiers are unfriendly — not even a simple “hi” or a smile. They make you feel as if serving customers is a burden to them.

Yesterday around 5 pm, I asked the cashier at the express lane if her till was open. She told me it wasn’t. Just a minute later, while I was waiting at another register, I saw her serving other customers. When I went back to ask why she had refused me, she gave me the silent treatment.

This kind of behaviour is unacceptable and makes grocery shopping here unpleasant. This location really needs to improve its customer service

Great place to shop. I usually get all my groceries from here. The Cashier smiles and are welcoming. Clean, neat and well organized. I recommend!!
