Went to return a product as one of the bolts was too small to put item together. Was offered a replacement but I didn’t want to risk the same thing. They opened another package and gave me the correct missing part. Rose was very apologetic and wanted to make sure that I was satisfied with my purchase. Great customer service and genuine.

Did my new house shopping first time at JYSK oshawa north branch and it was the best experience I have ever had in my life. Great deals and staffs. They asked me if I need any help with anything and were ready for it.

Kerry is a wonderful person who helped us in shopping and also guided us in merchandise clearance area. Found great products with unimaginable low price.

They helped us in finding what we want, checking out, disassembling and loading in to my car.

This will be my favourite store and will recommend everyone.

Products are good, pricing is good, but THE SERVICE…
I’ve ordered two items which one was in stock and another one was supposed to arrive in 2-3 weeks. Which is fine, but then I’ve received email that it’s ready for pick up in 2 days. Luckily I decided to call them before going to confirm- first they said YES, it’s there, I asked to double check and they said, oh sorry it’s NOT.
After 3 weeks no one called me, so I’m calling them which is also not an easy thing. And they said YES, it’s there. But how am I supposed to know that?..
When I go to the store and go to online order desk no one is there and even if I see stuff, they just pass by me like I’m waiting for a bus.
Also, delivery options are not great.
Such a little things to improve and could be a very successful business.

The guy was fantastic and very patient. Harsh knew what he was talking about the products. We were going to get a mattress but he recommended a different one that we actually liked better. Then he helped us with flexiti and explained everything in detail.

I had the pleasure of meeting Rebecca, who went out of her way to help me. The item I wanted was not in stock, which meant I would need to go to the Whitby store. I asked Rebecca if I could call to find out if they had any. She immediately got on the phone to call for me. She ensured they had the item number and color in stock and gave me the name of the sales person she spoke to. I appreciate her kindness and thoroughness in taking the time to go the extra step so that I didn't waste time going to the other store if they were also out of stock. Great customer service can be hard to find and I was happy to experience this with Rebecca.
