I love shopping at Kabul Farms. Everything is fresh. Butchers are the best. The baker was such a kind and very friendly person but he is not there anymore.
There is a lady at the cash register. I believe her name is Ani. If she is there working that day, the whole experience shopping in Kabul Farms is so different from the other days that she is not there. She is such a welcoming person, very organized, super friendly and polite. There is never a line up in the store, mess or empty shelves. She manages to be everywhere helping the team and customers.
Only when she is there I receive the best service I could get. Because of her I give 5 stars to this store.

As there isn't a Persian/Iranian grocery store nearby, Kabul Supermarket serves as an excellent alternative. They stock a variety of Persian food items and well-known Iranian brands, including types of Persian bread like Barbari, Lavash, and Sangak. It should be sufficient for daily purchases, saving us the 25-minute drive to North York just for basic Persian groceries.
On the negative side, they are as expensive as Iranian supermarkets :))

I recently visited Kabul Farm grocery store, and while the selection of products is decent, my experience in the meat section was disappointing. The staff working there seemed uninterested in helping customers. They were busy talking to each other, even when customers, including myself, were clearly waiting for assistance. When I finally got their attention by calling out, they appeared annoyed and responded with an attitude that made me feel unwelcome. Customer service in this section needs serious improvement, as it’s frustrating to be treated rudely when you’re simply trying to make a purchase.

One of the regular cashiers that works there has a condescending and disrespectful attitude towards customers of other communities. I had an issue with another customer when I was in line who was being rude to me. The customer then started talking to the cashier in their native language, and upon confrontation, the cashier gave me a judgemental stare and very rudely threw my stuff in the bag. It was none of her business commenting about the situation in her own language. Perhaps they should put a sign outside that says only members of their own community are welcome.

The meat section guy's service was bad I called regarding Lab chops. I told them I needed adult lamb chops and I came from far away by spending 40 min on the road. When I came into the store they had small lamb chops. I was frustrated ?. Because I spent 1hr 20 min to nothing.

I often do my weekly grocery shopping at Kabul forms. They have good quality products, especially their Halal meats, which are not compromised at all, and it is the best place to shop. The only problem I observed is that their unspecified billing system where most of the vegetable product's name are not clearly written. For instance, if you buy a tomato or mango, they are all declared as a grocery at the receipt, which needs to be fixed, specifying exact name and taken it seriously, because it directly affects your business. I hope the management will take it very seriously.

Some of the employees in the meat section are not polite. They act as if we came to beg something from them, rather we pay for what we buy. Needs to train employees before hiring.
