My husband and I bought our first BBQ from this Home Hardware. We were helped by a man named John who made the experience easy, informative and frankly downright fun. He had the best dad energy and he was exactly who I wanted to help pick out a bbq. Thank you, John, for making my day happy and our experience excellent.

Our experience with this company was frustrating from start to finish. We were told our window would be ordered once the deposit was placed, but after a month and a half with no updates, we followed up—only to be told they didn’t realize we had paid. Another month later, the installation team showed up with the wrong-sized window due to an internal ordering error.

Throughout the process, communication was poor, mistakes were repeated. This pushed our installation back over 2 months, all while we had a broken window through the winter. Overall, a disappointing experience that lacked basic reliability. I wouldn’t recommend based on how our situation was handled.

Love this store. Always great service and unique products. Service is above and beyond helpful with great advice to help lay persons take on projects at home. I had this old dresser and managed to refinish into a wonderful piece I'm happy to have in my home with the help of the staff at Home Hardware.

Trying to get some pricing on about $3,000 dollars of building materials! Website shows they have everything I need! That's great but each item says at the bottom contact store for price! Are you embarrassed of your prices? Why not save everyone time and put the prices? Am I missing something here

I ALWAYS get incredible service here - employees are knowledgeable, friendly and you see the same faces which tells me it must be a good workplace if they can retain employees. And the popcorn gets me every time, lol! They give back to the community which you can't say for the big box stores.
