Rien de pire que d'acheter des pneus, qui n'étaient pas prévu dans le budget et juste avant Noël. L'équipe de Kanata wheels m'a fait oublié le prix avec leur service exemplaire. Du début, jusqu'à la fin tout à été parfait. Ils ont fait un excellent suivi pour me garder informer de la livraison des pneus, jusqu'au temps que mon auto soit prête. Il n'y a pas d'attente avec leur service de messagerie textes. Je ne dois pas oublier de souligner l'accueil en personne. J'ai été accueillis avec un sourire et ils ont répondu à mes questions. I recently experienced curb rash on my wheel during a trip to Montréal and was referred to Kanata Wheels by friends at Pitstop Boys. I dropped off my vehicle on a Wednesday and retrieved it the following Wednesday—a one-week turnaround, including a holiday Monday delay. The results were outstanding and well worth the wait; I've attached before-and-after photos for reference.

They initially quoted "a few days," but as a first-in, first-out operation, timelines can vary. If you can't leave your vehicle, consider swapping the damaged wheel with a spare or winter tire, or schedule during off-season if you have seasonal sets.

Amazing service! We arrived at 2:45 PM on a Saturday, just 15 minutes before closing, with a slow leak in our tire and hoping it could be patched. The person assisting us was incredibly kind — he took our keys, had us sign in, and let us know he had three guys working on it right away.
