MERRY CHRISTMAS EVERYONE!
I really never thought I'd find pretty much the exact thing I was looking for at an auction place!
I'm new to Kelowna as of May 2019. My first introduction to Auction World was 8 months ago and I only stopped because I had a spare 20 minutes. Everyone greeted me right away and were super helpful even though I told them I was just checking things out. With my new work placement it makes sense to have a truck but I was in no rush. I had very specific wants {hence the 8 months ago). I stopped in several times a month just to look and each time I was greeted by my first name. I was sure I was being a pain but if I was there either Abe, Alex or Alysa (the one that does the hardest job of all...the paperwork) were free they'd always strike up a conversation rather than do work which I'm sure they had lots of. Now it's still an auction so you're not going to hit a Homerun every time but it's the best place I've come across that the odds are FOR YOU instead of against you.
A little elbow grease and looks great!

We have purchased two SUVs and an RV from Auction World (the RV today). The range is fabulous, you can look at the vehicles and start them ahead of time. We have always felt that we have got good value for money. The staff are very courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. Even my wife likes coming here because she doesn't have to deal with car salesmen!

I've bought perhaps 15 cars through Auction world, so I have been a pretty loyal customer. I've slowed down on doing business with them of late however for a couple of reasons. 1st - You are now no longer allowed to take a vehicle for a short drive (in the lot). This means if there are problems with the Clutch or Transmission - you probably won't know it. 2nd - I recently was looking at bidding on a BMW Convertible. In the process I attempted to test whether the power top and the Power windows worked properly. They did work properly the first try - but stopped working after that. When i reported to the lot guy that there seemed to be an electrical issue with the vehicle - he kind of accused me of doing "something" to the car. I'm not sure what. This kinda gave me a bad taste - and as somebody whose bought a ton of vehicles from them - that's probably not a proper way to treat a customer. But - still...they are a fun place to shop and you can find some smoking deals.

Auction world has done it again. Abe was so helpful and great at negotiating the price with the seller. All the staff are friendly and helpful. We felt confident in our purchase and got a great price. Totally go check the cars out at auction world.
