Kelowna Infiniti

After doing 2 weeks of truck shopping at some dealerships , to find my daughter a vehicle… in Kamloops / Vernon (dealing with some unprofessional sale staff (as she was viewed as young lady and in our view assumed or did respected her being a female or her income ) at bannister in Vernon ,Kamloops dodge dealer.

Thank goodness we stopped at Kelowna Infiniti.

Just excellent customer service and staff. Sales - Landon was a complete professional and Charles Finance manager was outstanding.

The dealership owner should we congratulated for outstanding staff /service and a example on how easy buying should be.

The detailed vehicle check over before purchase and detailing of vehicle were outstanding.

Not only we’re the sales staff understanding of our poor experience at other dealers - They were patient over two weeks as my daughter finally bought a GMC Denali.

And then patient and understanding ( dealing with me (after recent death in family) after I took time to buy a 2 nd Vehicle - a GMC trail boss from Infiniti.

******I can't reply to Kelowna Nissan's reply - but I am editing my review to comment that I do not appreciate having a one-sided reply intending to "clarify" what happened with false allegations; We were not treated with respect by Kelowna Nissan during that visit or since, and It is unfair that Kelowna Nissan is stating otherwise. We had previously brought in our QX60 to Kelowna Inifiniti (before "restructuring to become a sole Nissan dealership only) and never had an issue. It's really unfortunate, as we had always intended to purchase another Infiniti after this one - but with no Infiniti dealership in the Interior, we won't be able to (travelling to Vancouver for service is not an option for us) If it wasn't for Kamloops Nissan stepping in and finding a solution, we would never have even had the issue fixed. Also, it should be noted that in all of our communications with Kelowna Nissan, neither my husband nor myself were ever rude, condescending or disrepectful. It's truly a shame that they put their Service Manager's word above ours.****** Our last trip to Kelowna Infiniti was our final one; We have always regularly made the trip for service on our QX60 but this time found the service to be less than friendly, the Service Advisor rudely told us that "we should have read the signs better!" - the entire layout had changed since we were there last (it used to be a completely separate Infiniti & Nissan dealership) and the Infiniti building was now blocked by vehicles. In addition, despite telling them at the time of scheduling the appointment (two months before) what the issue was and the part that was needed (a service person on the phone actually confirmed with us that they would get the part in instead of having us drive 5 hours return TWICE) he agressively told us as we drove in "well, we can't stock ALL of the parts!!" Then proceeded to tell us that the part we had ordered was the issue and that we would have to return. Needless to say, we now have a QX60 with a driver side door that will no longer open (needs a new actuator). Very disappointed, especially after the level of service we have always had with Infiniti Canada. We even tried to politely get them to ship the part to a Nissan dealership in our city (which we would have paid for) but they are refusing to budge. Our very last Infiniti and we will just stick to our local Nissan dealership for service instead of driving all that way to...another Nissan dealership (all of the paperwork stated that we were provided service at Kelowna Nissan). Even the service advisor we dealt with is listed as part of the Team at Kelowna Nissan. *eyeroll*
