Notre première approche avec la réceptionniste au service à été vraiment rapide et très aidante pour nous dépanner le plus rapidement possible, car nous avions un problème avec notre camper sprinter mercedes. Elle nous a mis en contact avec Alex Potapciuc qui a tout fait pour nous accommoder le plus rapidement possible. Il est extrêmement professionnel et d'une grande gentillesse ainsi que la jeune réceptionniste au service. Ils sont bons efficaces et professionnels. Je recommande grandement ce garage.

I had the pleasure of purchasing a 2025 CLA250 from Maggie Foun, and might I say, my experience dealing with her was absolutely impeccable! Her attention to detail and professionalism clearly show that she is among the top-tier elite in the car sales industry.

At first, I wasn’t quite sure which car to purchase, however, her first recommendation caught my attention right away.

Overall, the sales process was as smooth as a newborn baby’s bum. From explaining the features of the car in layman’s terms to customizing a quote that fit my finances, Maggie went above and beyond my expectations.

I would highly recommend that anyone looking to purchase a Mercedes go speak with her.

Also, big thanks as well to the delivery specialist, Diego, who was friendly and thorough during the vehicle handover.

June 2025- Brendyn in the service department was so awesome. He was friendly, professional and checked in often while I was waiting for my vehicle.
August 2024- I can’t say enough good things about this dealership and the people. Maggie was amazing, friendly, professional and genuine. I feel like she was excited for me through the process of finding my vehicle and had my best interests in mind. Diego was also awesome in the Delivery process and really helped to show my new cars features and it made the process so enjoyable. Geno, Lynn in Finance and Dan in Insurance. All superb! Hello to all future Mercedes purchasers,

It is so much easier and a pleasure to be able to leave positive reviews and I want to thank Kelowna Mercedes for that pleasure.
Ryan was perfect to deal with, from our first email and texts to the handover of my G550. Admittedly, I was a difficult customer to please and I put Ryan through the gears (no pun intended), he held his ground and was the consummate professional through out the process.
Thanks to Lynn who was so easy to work with through the paper process in buying this car. She made that process bearable.
Then there is Diego. Diego is the go to expert on all functions/bells and whistles on the Mercedes vehicles and there are so many. He is so enthusiastic about the Mercedes vehicles and is like a kid in the candy store when explaining the functionality of the vehicle. What a nice way to finish off handing over of the keys to me.
From start to finish this was the best, by far, automobile purchase experience I have had.
