I had a very disappointing experience with Ken Shaw Lexus and would not recommend this dealership to anyone expecting professional customer service.

Back in mid-December 2023, I visited this dealership and placed a deposit for a vehicle, with the promise that it would arrive in four months. However, after waiting five months, I called to check the status. The salesperson assisting me, Ron, initially answered but, after a couple of calls, started hanging up on me. Frustrated, I contacted the manager, who at least provided an explanation, stating the car was delayed. He also offered to return my deposit, but I decided to continue waiting.

After that conversation, I never received any further updates from anyone at the dealership. Months passed, and no one called to inform me about the status of my order.

Today, on February 5, 2025, I finally decided to go in person to pick up my deposit. When I arrived, Ron pulled my file from his drawer, where it had apparently been sitting untouched for all this time—along with few other files. He admitted that they never followed up with me.

Then, to make things even worse, Ron told me that I couldn’t get my refund today and would need to come back tomorrow or even next Monday because the check wasn’t ready. I told him that after driving 40 minutes to get there, I wasn’t leaving without my refund. Initially, he insisted that it was not possible to issue the check on the spot, but I stood my ground. Eventually, he went into the office, and suddenly, the check was ready.

On top of all that, I really didn’t appreciate that Ron reeked of cigarette smoke after stepping outside for a smoke break. It was unprofessional and added to the already unpleasant experience.

This experience was completely unprofessional and unacceptable, especially from a Lexus dealership, which is supposed to represent high-quality service and customer care. Ignoring customers, failing to follow up, and then making them fight for their own money is beyond disappointing. I expected much better and would not recommend this location, especially dealing with Ron.

I had a pleasant experience with Ken Shaw lexus. They were very eager to help fix my small problem with the side mirrors. I personally worked with James Lee from service department, he was very nice and friendly. He contacted me right away after parts came in.
I still have a pending service with them because they installed the wrong color of side mirror and so I will have to wait for James to update me about that. Nonetheless, i am absolutely satisfied with their service and would highly recommend James to anyone looking for service advisor.

I had a pleasure working with Alex to get my new Lexus. He was very professional with me as well as very patient while we were trying to sort out a deal for the new car. He gave me advice while keeping my best interest in mind. Alex was very reasonable while also quite funny at times as well. It was my first time buying a vehicle and Alex made the entire process easy for me. Furthermore, he was very accommodating with the limited flexibility that I had in my schedule. Overall an amazing experience with Alex and would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy a Lexus.

We had a very pleasant experience for purchasing our new vehicle with Ken Shaw Lexus. At the beginning, we just walked in to check for some vehicle models and would check for some more Dealers before making the decision. However, we change our mind when we met Raymond Kan – Adviser who is professional, widen knowledge in vehicle industry and transparency. Raymond showed us some models and explained very informatively for each one. Then we decided to purchase the vehicle from Ken Shaw Lexus. We feel lucky to deal with Raymond because he serves the customer in professional and prompt way and cares for the customer’s beneficiary.
