Absolutely rude and inappropriate messaging me on Facebook, after I was away and couldn't respond to an email Dwayne sent for payment . He threatened to send our invoice to a collection agency.
Didn't send an appropriate invoice as we didn't ask for a service provided, asked them to adjust the invoice , $465 for a pump when it was emptied a year prior and our cottage was only used 4 times through the summer is incredibly wrong and we felt that we were taken advantage of . He told us it's standard if the septic was full , it would be the same price.
When I asked for a break down they sent the exact same invoice that was sent with inspection and pump. Would never recommend their services . We also had to call twice because they forgot to come to empty septic when we were days from closing our cottage . They have been paid in full and have not sent the invoice that it was paid . So unprofessional.

I bought a home and asked Kensington Septic to empty the tank and do an inspection of it. The gentleman that did the service was very nice and informative but he did not do any sort of inspection of the tank. When I recevied the invoice, I called to dispute paying for an inspection I didn't receive. The owner called me back and I was shocked at his attitude towards me as well as his insistance that his employee did the inspection. He rudely told me what his employee did, even though he wasn't there and I was. I was quite shocked at the rudeness of this man. I will never use or recommend them!

Duane knew exactly what my issue was, arrived 30 min later (on a Saturday!) resolved my issue, showed me how to do it myself in the future and gave me some great tips for preventative maintenance. I had three septic tanks to be cleaned. In August, I called someone of M* company who have been in this field for over 7 years. The guy on the line told me that he wanted $1,000 to 1,200 per tank in cash. When I asked about the details of the work and the rate. He told me that I was asking too much and declined to take the order. But he recommended T* company. The guy of T* company offered very reasonable price(about $360 ofr standard tank), but he became jittery when I asked about the detailed information of the works and declined to take the order too. After these two episodes, I had to ask for the help of our local plumbe, and he suggested to call Kensington Septice. Finally, I found the right person!
