I came in with an idea of what I was looking for. Matt took the time to show me all of the options, and to explain the differences. This was a new experience for me, and I found Matt's willingness to take time to show and to explain helped me to make an informed decision. He even thought of questions that I had not yet put into words. I feel confident that, when more questions arise, I can call and either Matt will answer, or he will direct me to the appropriate team member, for the best response to my query.

Honestly best service I can ever get and Dan goes out of his way for you and honestly the best customer service ever I would recommend to anyone who is looking for somewhere where they can do wonders for you. Thank you for the great service ever and thanks for helping me get the car that I wanted with great help and service I can not think Dan enough for everything he has done for me. This is the second vehicle I have bought at Kia of Timmins. After years of being a loyal GM customer, I shopped around following an unpleasant experience. I initially came to Kia due to the company's high ratings with Consumer Reports. Boy, am I ever glad I discovered Kia of Timmins! The sales staff care about what you, the buyer, want in a vehicle and not what they need to sell. Everyone is friendly and courteous, but also professional. They know their vehicles inside and out. I wish I could buy a new vehicle every month, just to get the Kia of Timmins treatment! Also, their service staff are absolutely top notch. They don't overbook, so the work is always done on time or earlier. They are trustworthy and simply great people to deal with. I love driving my Kia and really enjoy dealing with Kia of Timmins.

My experience at Kia of Timmins was absolutely fantastic. Not only were the staff friendly, but they had great knowledge and understanding of their products and services. Throughout my experience purchasing my first new car Linda Stewart among all the other associates were very thorough and assured that I knew every in and out of everything available to me. They discussed each step from all my financing options, each model and what they included and shared their personal opinions about different models. They were great to show me all the feautures available with my vehicle and ensured that I understood all of my warranty options. I felt very comfortable making this purchase and did not feel like I was pressured to purchase anything. My husband and I were heading out of town and 5 minutes down the highway all the lights on the dashboard go on. We drove straight to Kia Timmins. The service man came right out to diagnose the problem and advised they had the part on stock and it would be an hour of labour. Within 45 minutes we were on the highway. I can not express enough how efficient and accommodating they are. We are so fortunate for the great service! Keep it up.

I am extremely happy with Jean as he is fast, easy to speak with, very friendly, and most of all understands my needs! He looked out for me knowing this was really a first time experience for me. I didn't have to wheel and deal, as he gave me a great deal and threw in some little extra extra's here and there.
