For a wide variety of fruits, vegetables, seasonings, and snacks from different countries, you’re sure to have a high chance of finding what you’re looking for right here. Their produce always looks fresh and all shelves are always stocked. This store always looks clean and very spacious even for wheelchair-accessible customers in most aisles. Check out is always fast and efficient. Point to note, they still offer plastic bags in case you forgot your bag. Their meat section is also very clean and does not have a pungent smell.

An Asian supermarket focused on Vietnamese, Thai and Chinese type of foods. They have some decent products and sales depending upon the season. Meat, seafood, produce and groceries. They have most if not all staple items.
They have some unique items that can't be found elsewhere such as Vietnamese beef jerky from independent retailer CHÂT LƯONG AN TOÀN. BA TÁM for example. Even in the produce section you'll find:
Thai or Siamese neem tree aka. Sadao leaves
Jasmine flower leaves aka BONG THIEN LY.
Culantro/Sawtooth Herb aka Ngò Gai

So certainly unique if you haven't already been. Interior is a bit grungy looking but otherwise, it's fine.

Kien Hung Market is a must-visit for anyone seeking authentic Vietnamese ingredients. The produce section is a standout, with a vibrant array of fresh vegetables and fruits. But the meat selection might be a bit limited for those seeking a wider variety. The atmosphere can be a bit overwhelming, especially for first-time visitors, but the overall experience is well worth it.

It's your typical Asian supermarket. They have everything they're open on holidays. But one pet peeve, I have. Is that when looking for a certain item to cook an Asian dish? You'll ask for help and nobody. There knows how to speak english to point you in the direction so that's a difficult part. But overall its good

I CAN’T BELIEVE HOW POOR THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS.

I was trying to find something for myself, but it was really difficult bc I can’t read Chinese characters. I didn’t want to bother the staff, but I needed their help so I asked a guy who was working in the fish section, he was like “Sorry, no English.” Okay, fair enough.
But then I found another staff(he looked Chinese, and he barked at someone) and asked him the same question. He just pointed with his head toward an aisle and spoke in a language I didn’t understand lol maybe Chinese or Vietnamese🤷‍♂️
It was clear that he understood me, but it felt like he just didn’t want to help. I already knew which aisle it was, but I needed help find the right item. That’s not only lazy, IT’S RUDE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
In the end, I had to ask another customer, a Vietnamese person, and thankfully they helped me find what I was looking for. But honestly, that kind of help should’ve come from the staff in the first place.
I’m really disappointed and I won’t be coming back!!!!
It’s shocking that no one (except for the cashier) seems to speak English in a store in Canada

It's an Asian super market. Very busy on the weekend. Lots of choices and can have good prices. Parking in the strip mall can be challenging and it is tightly packed inside the store. Can be smelly where the seafood and meats are sold. Lineups for cashier is long.

The supermarket is an amazing one with a lot of things for cooking. If you want sea or terrestrial food, they have all sort. They also have welcoming staff, just that everyone working there is Chinese. So there's always a difficulty in communication. However they are friendly. I recommend this supermarket for both meat, seafood, and vegetables.
