Very rude,try getting a lone,I needed a cosigner, called my cosigner the day of my appointment told her there was no point her coming in without a lawyer,I was trying for $10,000, I went to CIBC had no issues way better people,they claim to help where other banks can't, I've given them many chances and the reality is they do alot less then my bank now.

The best, when I was down and out, they gave me a chance to rebuild my credit. Always help when I needed it. The staff is amazing, so knowledgeable and gives many suggestions on how to stay on top of my credibility. I worked for a financial institution years ago, for 18 yrs. So I know good people and the standards of excellent banking.

Very rude! Communistic minded! I will not set foot in there except to close my account!!!
I gave them chance to apologize but they kept blaming me!!!
Beware they got a ‘Karen’ working there!!

I called in twice! Both times they continue to blame me. They did NOT admit to anything. All I wanted was a bit of respect by showing that they care a little bit about the wellbeing of their customers. Unless the ‘KAREN’ no longer works there and the manager is not too proud to say we should have done better. I’m done with Kindred!!! Thanks

Discrimination against people with a mask exemption. Some staff are still helpful. Others are rude and refuse to help you even though they have the dividers at the counter. Exceptional service otherwise.

They know you by name and treat you with kindness and respect. Part of the service charges go to local and international charities, to fair pay of the employees, and some back to members as profit sharing. Not perfect but close enough for me.

Customer service is fine but no 24 hour help line, had issues with my card and could not pay for gas or anything else, debit cards are out dated, can’t be used online or connected to mobile wallet, refuse to give out loans, will not be banking here much longer!
