I am very grateful to the folks at Kirks Trail Tire. One of my car's tires started having a slow leak while I was visiting the national park and this shop was the closest option available on the Saturday of a holiday weekend. They diagnosed the problem, patched the tire and I was good to go in under 30 minutes, all for a very reasonable price too. Only thing was the tire was a bit under-inflated after they put it back, but I was able to fix that myself.

Had an experience with absolutely fantastic customer service at Kirk's Trail Tire shop.
I called in the morning needing 4 new tires for my car. They ordered in my tires as they were an odd size, but said they would come in the same day. They ordered tires for me without ever mentioning paying ahead.

Upon arrival the same afternoon, I was greeted by name by the owner. Good old customer service and friendliness are huge in this company.

The incredible part was that upon realization that I was waiting, they put a tech on each wheel and changed all my tires at once! I rolled out of their shop with 4 new tires in about 25 minutes from when I arrived!!!!!

The price was also exactly as quoted. I am very much impressed and I would recommend them to everyone.

Well, it was time to get new tires for our two vehicles. I knew which ones I wanted and I found a pretty good deal online. However, being a local small town business owner myself, I wanted to see if there would be a good local option to get my tires.

I took the online deal I found to Kirk's Tire and spoke with Shawn. He was able to find exactly what I was looking for. He was able to give me an excellent price for the tires I needed for my vehicles. He found a rebate that I could take avantage of, which was not available online. He offered some great advice and answered some questions I had by was unable to find answers to online. One thing I real appreciate about shopping in the real world rather than online is the ability to talk with real people and have an actual conversation about things. Shawn was great to talk with. He definitely knows the tire market.

The best thing about going to Kirk's Tire was that I had my two vehicles equipped with excellent and affordable winter tires in only 2 days!! Had I bought my tires online I would have waited several days for the tires. Then I still would have had to schedule an appointment to have them installed. Plus, if i had any concerns I imagine I would have had a very hard time getting a hold of a real person.

P.S. This isn't the first experience I've had with Kirk's Tire. They've also been great for quickly fixing flat tires and dealing out damaged tires so we could continue to use our vehicles. They are always so fast at taking care of things!

I am so pleased with the friendly, timely service I received from Kirk’s Trail Tire. I spend my summers in southern Alberta and was told to give these guys a try when my tires needed to be replaced. They did not disappoint. They took time to explain things to me and serviced my car quickly. They also replaced my tires for cheaper than other places had quoted me.

I needed an odd sized implement tire. These guys had in stock when no one else did. From the time I unloaded the tire off my truck until I the time they loaded it back on my truck was about 10 minutes. Great Job guys!!!
