Kitchen Bits provides quality kitchen products and exceptional service! The staff are highly knowledgeable and they are very helpful. Many products I’ve purchased there have lasted a long time while taking them on out of town work. On the few occasions where a warranty had to be honoured, Kitchen Bits ensured the companies followed through on the warranty.

I bought a set of double walled mugs online from this store and had them delivered as a gift out of town. The order was filled and delivered very quickly and the mugs arrived without incident. I hesitate to order sometimes from other vendors, wondering if their products are legit, but I had no such concerns with this seller. I have shopped at this store and will do so again. Selection and customer service are very good; I highly recommend!

Great service! I ordered two products online for pick-up around 9:30AM and received a call from the store same day before opening (around 9:50AM; store opened at 10AM) informing me that my order was ready for pick-up! Staff was very friendly and even offered to bring the items out to my car! I love shopping at Kitchen Bits because of the wide variety of high quality products. I have always been able to find whatever gadget, gizmo, or decor piece I'm looking for. 🙂

Shop here! Support local!
I had shopped here before in person and always had a good experience, but thought I might try another Canadian online supplier that was having a sale on the item I was looking for. After waiting almost 5 weeks, with absolutely no communication, the first supplier just cancelled my order out of the blue. It took almost 1 hour on the phone with someone to figure out that the item was never in stock. The second online supplier was only slightly better (at least they emailed me once). Again, the item, which they advertised ended up being discontinued after I waited 4 weeks.
So, I went back to KitchenBits. Placed my order online (they actually state up front, that if it's on the website, it's in stock). Had a confirmation 'ready for pick up' email AND phone call from Heather within 1 hour. Picked up my item that same day!
LOVE this store! It's like Christmas for me when I walk in there and the service is stupendous.

Just received my order from Kitchen Bits, everything was so very well packed and protected, it took me awhile to open all of it! Thank you for such a quick delivery, I think I received an email for shipping within an hour. Such a great experience! Whenever I am in Sudbury I drop in to the store so of course I miss that but this was even easier way to shop! Way to go Heather!
