Every shopping experience there has been excellent. Store is tidy, always restocked. I have been unsold on as many items as I have been sold on, thankfully so I have ended up investing in the right tool for each particular project I an working on. None of the tools I have bought at KMS have been collecting dust and that's a good thing.

Kms reached out to apologize and rectify the issue. This means a lot to me so I'm changing my 2 star to 4 stars.

I made a big order of packout because all milwaukee was 15 percent off which was great timing for my new trailer. I received a confirmation email saying most items were in stock and just a couple items would be brought in from different locations within a week or 2. The next day I got a phone call saying some of my stuff was in so I went to pick it up. The only stuff I was able to get was the stuff that said a week or 2 away. Weird. Even though when I went in the store they had tons of stock of what I had to continue waiting for. Then a couple days later another call saying come pick up your order. It seemed like most stuff was there so I asked if this was everything. The employees answer was it should be. Ok, I think you should know if it is or not. Anyway I get home and look through my things and 2 items were missing. Then I get a call saying your items are in. So I go in and they say my one last item is still in transit. So I ask about my other item and they say you received it. I said I didn't so they said go home and double check and if it's not there we will sort it out. So I'm still waiting for an item in transit and I'm still waiting for an item they say I have so hopefully I end up getting it. I ordered this 2 weeks ago so it's a bit of a pain to make 3 trips in and wait 2 weeks to still not have everything. However the pricing was great.

I've never seen someone try so hard to deflect from doing his job. You could tell he was going to check for an item then tries to suggest me to buy something else for double the price.
