Well well well. They have the best customer service in town! Special mention Renee, she’s a Gold!!! Super kind and very knowledgeable! She makes sure you are being looked after and that she keeps you posted all the time! I had an issue with my truck that I recently bought from Waterloo Ford in which I regret dealing with that dealership (super long story) they are heartless and just want your money!! I will not recommend WATERLOO FORD TO ANYONE!

One of the good garages these days. They honor their warranty and service work, and have great service managers. Rates are quoted accurately and they call if anything more is found (additional). I have an F150, and haven't owned a lemon yet, so all of my experiences have been positive.

Friendly but not helpfull in the slightest. We dropped our car off for a diagnostic (No repairs at this time as we didn't even know what was wrong with it). We were told that there was a chance it would be looked at the following day (Friday before the long weekend) or Tuesday. We picked the car up the following Thurdsay at lunch time with still no diagnostic having been done. It was driven to another mechanic in town who had the diagnostic done that afternoon. I have always been a Ford person but my next Ford purchase will come from a dealer not realted to Koch. As for my service work, I will keep that away as well. Sometimes it's just nice to know that your contribution to a company is helping or at least wanted. We never got that from this service department. Also, a quick note, the price of the diagnostic charge was almost half of Koch Ford's diagnostic at the new mechanic's shop.

I had the unfortunate experience of having my truck break down while traveling through the area. The staff there put me to the front of the line to get me up and running and back on the road. Best service I have ever experienced from a Ford dealership and I plan on being back when time comes to get a new truck.
