Came here with my friend on a quiet day and won over 40 stuffed toys from the machines. I recommend the Charmandar one. It’s possible to get two of them at once. The prize selection here is mostly Pokemon related and some nice collectable figurines. Good service and good amount of claw machines. Most machines are 4 coins and each prize worth around 10 points. Location a little weird as it’s downstairs in a basement beside a karaoke lounge. Overall, good experience and would definitely recommend.

This was our first time here and upon arrival the worker at the front desk greeted us with a smile, was extremely kind and made us feel welcome. The workers walked us through how to use our game card and our tokens and even checked up on us while we were playing to make sure we were getting the most out of our visit. The machines were easy to win and we left with four bags stuffed with plushies. Some machines ranged from 3, 4, 6, or 8 tokens. Majority of them were 4 tokens. You can also trade in things you have won from the machine for other prizes that weren't offered in the machines. Will definitely be visiting again 👍

I took my daughter on her birthday
She had a great time and she loved it
this place is perfect for fun and entertainment
Employees are really nice and genuinely want to make sure you have a great experience. They will show you how to claw and reshuffle machines so you get some easy claws. The claw machines are also not rigged like a lot of other places - purely skill based. Plushies are built really well and unique. You can also save unused tokens with no expiry date. Will definitely be back again - thanks for a great time!

There are many choices of claw machines here, and our little one loves coming to play. We visit every time after dining nearby. The staff is very friendly!

This is a gem hiding in the basement of the plaza. Staff is very friendly and they do have a variety of machines . We did have fun time playing with claw machines , and were able to get fluffy toys. Will come back again!

A great place for both kids and adults to hang out at. We came here with our children for one of their friend's birthday party and we had so much fun. The levels for each machine were fair and even young kids around the age of 5-6 can even win some stuffies. The place was clean and staff were very friendly. We would definitely come back again soon!

Koiclaw is tucked away in the corner of a very busy plaza but there’s clear directions on where it’s located in the basement level.

When you walk through the entrance it’s like you’re transported to another place. It was so bright!!! There were lots of colours and lights everywhere and stuffies everywhere! I loved it so much!

I checked in at the counter and the gentleman was very polite and introduced us to Xiao who was our Claw Guide. She showed us to all the different machines, provided us with clear instructions and was so patient with our questions. She’s so nice!! Shout out to Xiao, such a sweet person! Beside Xiao the other ladies that worked there was always ready to help us if we had questions.
You can ask them to rearrange the stuffies so you can have a better shot at getting one. Everyone is so nice!!

My daughters had such an amazing time!! We won so many stuffies and were so happy when we left. It was a bit stressful getting the claw to grab our prizes but that’s the fun of it. They told us about a few of their VIP and membership programs. We’re definitely coming back!!

The best claw machine spot in town! The staff is amazing, and a special shout out to Pharo for his exceptional customer service. The layout is fantastic, and the place is always clean. Highly recommend! 💕✨
