Huge selection of regular and Asian produce, fish, meat, frozen and canned food. The options are endless and the staff are friendly and helpful. It was my first visit and I plan to go often to experience the many grocery items they offer as well as their already made meals.

HUGE store with full selection of produce, packaged goods, fresh fish market, bakery, dairy, frozen food section... plus woks, pans, cooking utensils and dishware! Clean and organized! Good prices. I bought a wok, oils, specialty sauce, fresh veggies and ramen noodles to make a yummy ramen stir-fry!! For Christmas, I have an idea to shop there and make gift baskets filled with everything you would need to make a noodle stir-fry plus tea, biscuits, potato chips and other goodies!

So convenient to have Kowloon nearby. Great variety of Asian products in a small footprint. They offer fresh fish in tanks, a butcher section, fresh Asian vegetables and fruits, large frozen food section (from desert to dim sum), fridge section (milk to sushi)... Only thing missing is the bakery (at least it is always empty when I visited) and BBQ/prepared food section. Not sure when the BBQ/prepared food section will open as they have placed boxes of products around it. Hopefully soon, which will make this a one-stop shop for Asian food needs.

Update: BBQ and hot food section open! They have Char Siu, roasted pork and chicken available. They also have a lot of hot food selection from spring rolls, soups (I saw egg drop and hot and sour), to dishes like sweet and sour pork, general tso chicken, fried rice and fried noodles. Hot food/BBQ section open at 10 am to 6 pm, and closed on Tuesdays. And look at the gem I found in the frozen section...Stinky Tofu! A must try for all!

Update #2: It's great they added bakery items on weekends (sorry, nothing on weekdays) now. You can get curry, hot dog, BBQ pork, red bean and cocktail (coconut) buns individually. They also have BBQ pork and cocktail buns in a tray. There is also a sponge cake. The buns are quite good! The BBQ pork tray one has a great filling to bun ratio! The bakery section is around the corner from the hot food/BBQ station. Also sometimes they will bag up day-old buns for a discount. I believe each bag typically comes with 6 buns/cake.

Update #3: I like this place better than the zoo that is T&T. I hope people show support to Kowloon. Yeah it's smaller but it's a much more pleasant shopping experience. Upping my review to 5 star!

Update #3: They closed the hot food section now and converted the space into Meet Noodles. There are some seating here to eat your noodles. I believe the BBQ counter is still there but a few times we went it was empty. Having Meet Noodles is an interesting concept since the original hot food section probably wasn't as busy anymore. We tried the noodles too and it's pretty good. Now you can shop and eat!

I was there this morning. It’s only been open for a few weeks, I am hoping that they will maintain, the cleanliness and tidiness of this Grocery shop, ( not like one in the summer set area) not sure if it’s the same owner.
I spent almost an hour inside, checking some item and comparing to the rest of the Asian shop around.
Some items are cheaper than other shop, some aren’t.
Definitely freshness is there, there are selection of brands to choose to.staff there I didn’t really had a chance to communicate with them, the only reason why I gave a 4* was that, I find the parking lot is small, the spaces were tiny I thought.

It's a new store in the Kanata Lakes neighborhood!

Great Chinese supermarket that sells a lot of traditional Chinese products and some oriental spices.

Not only will you be able to find ingredients to make your favorite Chinese dishes at home, but also, soon, you will be able to grab a quick and delicious lunch or dinner while you shop.

Overall, if you're a fan of Chinese cuisine or just looking to try something new, this store is a must-visit. You won't be disappointed!

Good prices on vegetables and fruits like mini sweet peppers. They have hot pot meats now as well as a hot food section. Parking spots are wide. They have frozen Vietnamese pandan layer cake and crunchy sweet green grapes.

Their fried tofu and wings are tasty.

Decent sized store huge selection of fresh vegetables and fruits. Also have fresh fish and decent meat selection. Each aisle has a big selection per aisle. Pretty big frozen section and fresh tofu and noodles too. But you can’t forgot the hot foods section. From bbq pork, roast pork, sweet and sour pork and chow mein noodles. Good prices from the combo and the bbq pork. Take a look at my photos and come try. Also the bakery items only come in on Saturdays and Sundays limited options but the bbq pork buns are a great steal, also you can purchase 6 buns and get no tax on them. Another thing is Tuesdays and Fridays are when they get their frozen and refrigerated items such as the steam buns and tofu. Wednesday is the day they get all the grocery aisle stuff.
