Bonnie was excellent at getting us the pet friendly room and ensuring that our entire family was side by side on the bottom floor. The outside deck was perfect for views, relaxation and the dogs. The room had a fridge, lots of space and nicely renovated. The restaurant was amazing and the staff were excellent. The wings were just like I remembered....amazing and the shrimp tacos just as good. Great location to walk the dogs and not far from a great waterfront boardwalk. We loved everything and a special thanks to all the great staff (maintenance and cleaning staff too) for making it a perfect stay. ?

Friendly greeting staff, and restaurant attached. Food was good! Rooms were fresh looking in design, clean and had all the basic accommodations (mini fridge, desk, tv, soaps and lotion in bathroom, hair dryer, etc.). Would recommend staying here and will be again for future visits to Fort Frances. Beautiful view of lake to boot!

The rooms have been recently renovated and look amazing. They are very spacious. We were able to fit our son's playpen in there with 2 queens. ||The food is delicious and if you are there on a Thursday go for their wing night. You won't be disappointed. They have a nice little bar areas and a beautiful deck to enjoy the outdoors and amazing view of the lake.||Staff there are amazing. Very friendly and helpful. The whole energy of the building is awesome. I love coming here. They know how to make people feel welcome.

The pillows were too fluffy for us. We prefer a flatter pillow. Maybe bring our own next time ? There were 14 of us that stayed over. One person in our group has a gluten intolerance. They were assured his stir fry bowl (wontons on it) were gluten friendly. Unfortunately they were not and he was quite ill. Also, the complimentary breakfast is more of a “grab and go” breakfast. Not impressed by it. The rooms are clean and it was nice to sit on the terrace for dinner. Great setting but some in our group would prefer a full breakfast in the dining room which is not open in the a.m.

Beautiful location. Helpful and courteous staff. Dining room on site with outdoor area. Varied menu and excellent food. Quiet location, you can hear the waves lapping on the shore from your room. comfortable beds. Clean. Fridge and microwave in room.

Husband and i stayed here for 4 nights "Sand Bay Suite". Lower level, easy access to parking lot, restaurant, front desk. Amazing view from our room of Rainy Lake especially being able to see the beautiful morning sunrise and set set in the evening. Restaurant and the food was amazing. Customer service and all services staff were friendly and kind. "Sand Bay Suite" is prime location and highly recommend this suite and this place to stay if you want a great location to stay in Fort Frances, Ontario. Really nice property. Room was clean and recently renovated. Great lakefront balcony with the room. We had some questions about fishing opportunities and boat rentals in the area. Vir at the front desk was very friendly, kind and helpful. Thank you Vir!
