I had such a great experience at La Vie en Rose, store #025, thanks to Kari! I absolutely hate bathing suit shopping, but she made the process so easy and enjoyable. Justine was amazing!!!! Omg I was having a body shaming moment when nothing fit properly !With her expertise she brought me items to try that dried up my tears and brought a smile to my face. She knew my body type and found me items that looked so lovely. I can't wait to wear them! Today, I came here to buy a bag during your buy-one-get-one-free promotion. I mistakenly went to the clothing section, thinking it was included in the offer. At that moment, a senior Caucasian female staff member at the front desk spoke to me in a very aggressive and commanding tone, telling me that I could only choose from the items hanging on the wall. (I am simply describing her appearance and do not intend to target any group.)

Everyone nearby could hear her shouting at me. As a customer, I felt extremely disheartened and unwelcome. I will not shop here again. I truly hope your store can improve staff training and customer service in the future.

I had such an amazing experience with the ladies who work at this Kamloops location!
I am someone who suffers from “bra shopping anxiety” and I usually get so overwhelmed and end in tears, without making any purchases. Not today though… this wonderful group of ladies were so welcoming and friendly, they shared their own experiences, gave me a proper fitting as well as confidence to leave with a bra AND a smile!

I received the best service I have ever had while shopping for a bathing suit! And basically shopping for clothes in general! As this summer I am no longer tied to breastfeeding my daughter I have been eager to pick out a new bathing suit that fit my body. The ladies were all incredibly helpful and made sure I had the correct fit in the top and bottom pieces. I walked out of there with 2 new suits and can’t wait to wear them as I feel so confident they are the perfect fit. Thank you ladies for making this momma feel confident again in a 2 piece suit!!

I always have a good experience shopping at this store. The staff are so friendly and approachable. Paisha (I am so sorry, I realise I’m probably not spelling your name correctly) was incredibly helpful and genuinely friendly. We tried a few options for the item I needed and she gave her professional opinion and recommended a more suitable product for my needs.
What I really love about this store is how the staff interact with customers in the fitting room area. They are full of positive energy and female empowerment. Even if I’ve left empty handed I have enjoyed my experience in the store.

beautiful displays and lots of style options. I didn’t get the nice lady’s name that fitted me, but she had red hair and an alternative style. She was super nice, and caught on with my style preferences. It was nice to have a great first experience getting *actually fitted* for a bra for once, I appreciate her work. I got a bra that I absolutely love, and definitely will be coming back for more. I spent about $65 for a fancy bra that is super comfortable and just what I needed.
