My wife and I had an exceptional shopping experience at La Vie en Rose located at 7575 Weston Road.
From the moment we walked in, we were greeted warmly by Tanaz and Sara, who went above and beyond to assist us.

Their knowledge of the products and keen eye for style helped us find the perfect items. They were incredibly patient, attentive, and offered valuable suggestions that made our shopping easy and enjoyable.

The store was well-organized and had a fantastic selection of high-quality products.

We couldn't be happier with our purchases and the top-notch customer service we received. Highly recommend this location for anyone looking for a great shopping experience!

Very rude manager and staff
Very poor customer service not taking effort to help the customer with there return or finding the right stuff for there need.

Customer spending $200 doller worth and they telling on there face not to come back to shop at that store because they doesn't wanted to help.

Manager lie on my face that she inform me that pantys are final sales when not notified on receipt or she did not inform me and just to hide her mistake she said she did inform me.

No prifesnalisam to handal customer in proper manner or not experience enough to sutebale for this kinda job

Garbage service

Recipe says literally 30 days return and they refused to take back the item I purchased from store worth of $200.

I would definitely want recommend any my friends or family to give any business to this store.

I ask them to provide me a district manager number they refused because they did not want to get there mistake caught by manager.

There was 2 managers available at the moment I went to exchange and return they said there system is down and anyway they doesn't want to help me so besically it's a waste of time giving business to this specific brand and waste of money is well.

My wife took the same piece last week at the final sale with additional 50% off and the sales girl is denying this time

I’ve been a regular customer at this store for a while, shopping here every Saturday. However, after my recent experience, I don’t think I’ll be coming back. One of the customer service managers was incredibly rude to me, and this wasn’t the first time. She offered no help, didn’t solve my issue, and her attitude was uncalled for. It’s frustrating, especially because I always shop and spend money here, but being treated this way has made me reconsider coming back. I hope management addresses this issue and ensures better customer service moving forward.

Bought a couple of items, both were on sale. I also had a Perkopolis coupon which associates refused to apply. I had made exact same purchase at this location before (couple of months ago) and the same coupon was applied with no issues so I have no idea why it was denied this time. Funny thing - the savings would have been less than $3! Really stunning customer service, hope $3 was worth this 1 star review 😀

I went to your store to return a bra , 1 item of 50 bucks, I mention the price to make it clear I’m not talking about thousands of dollars. I tried the bra at the store the day I bought it , so today after shower I thought I’m wearing it to work. So removed the tag and put them on but not the product I will be happy with. The store associate mentioned because the tag is removed there is no refund. I said but I didn’t wear it. She decided to prove to me I am lying. I have no issue with the store policy but definitely have issue with being accused of lying. She was so rude and untrained that keeps insisting I wore the bra because there are signs of stretch and use and also butter stain ( the exact word she used) i asked for a store credit but she insister because it was worn she can’t give me store credit. So I left the bra at the store and left. U need to train your people better. Teach them that even if I insist 100 times she is only allowed to remind me of the policy not looking in my eye rudely and try to accuse me of lying with imaginary reasons. I will not stay and argue for 50 $ , my time worth more than that but I absolutely defend myself against accusations. Train your staff of Canada standard customer service against personal taste customer service. She also refused to give me her name saying that they are not supposed to reveal names.
Funny enough when they are trying to sell you something they give you their name to be mentioned at the cash. I am looking forward to hear from store manager to explain to me on what grounds she detected I was lying and persisted to prove to me that I was lying. Until I feel offended

Smaller location also found there wasn't many matching pieces and found it disorganized however the one girl that helped me was very sweet.
