Upon entrance, the staff are nice and quick to greet us with great enthusiasm, after that however, the service time quickly disappointed me and my party. We came here with the intention of returning a SINGLE item that we got from this store five days ago. We fell in line to return the item but upon reaching the front counter we were refused any service and was told to wait until the lines were shorter before we could return our single item. I think this is ridiculous considering we are already at the front and could be done with our business already. After being refused any service, me and my party left hoping to come back later to a smaller line. Sitting here now writing this review, we’ve been waiting in the store for almost an hour with no check-ups from the staff and it seems like we are not going to be able to return our singular item any time soon. Please update your policy, because this is the worst treatment we’ve ever gotten from any La vie en Rose.

First time shopping at La Vie en Rose.

I usually go to La senzas in the mall. Never again, I prefer La Vie en Rose.
I got really lucky and got to experience the store when they had 50% off sale on top of the sale prices.

Got a few sleepwear and nighties for like $8 instead of $40.
At the end my bill was $94 with a savings of around $140.

The staff are lovely and very friendly.
The store is very clean and organized with no messy racks.

The pajamas are soooo soft and cozy I absolutely love them.

I saw someone else mention in there review that it's not a teenager store. I disagree it's perfectly fine for teenagers. When I went it's all pajamas, swim wear and bras. The nighties are just nighties and very few of them.

5 stars will shop here again.

I love a lot of the swimwear and clothing but I am very disappointed with the customer service in Grande Prairie. The employees greeted me at the door but in the whole 45 minutes I was browsing and collecting items to try on they continued to chat together at the till and didn’t offer me support once (and there was at least 5 staff working, which was apparently unnecessary). I asked for a change room and they did not check in on me either. Thai is the second time shopping there in the last year that I have had this experience. Shopping for bathing suits and good bras can be quite vulnerable for many women and customer support is important. The staff definitely needs better training and higher expectations to be of better service for their customers.

Was so excited when I finally found a piece of lingerie I'd been after for a while now! I purchased a bow tie teddy to wear for Valentine's, went to try it on last night and the neck tie piece lost its seem and broke as I tried to tie it up. I didn't even take the tags off or get to wear it for an evening. Sadly it was the last and only one on the shelf and the associate told me they had no others. Horrible quality for the price. I am now working with a seamstress to have it repaired in time for tomorrow but very displeased with the quality.

Great selection of bathing suits! Plus found a few great fit sleep for my friend with a longer torso and is plus size. Absolutely made our day after 4 stores no luck.

Shout out to the extremely knowledgable, patient, helpful young Cody who assisted me yesterday. Usually bra shopping is nightmare but Cody was so delightful and knew exactly what I wanted. I left with 3 beautiful bras and will recommend this store in GP for their selections, prices and delightful staff 🙂

Just went today to do an exchange some pajamas because the size of pant vs top didnt make any sense and wanted to take a bathrobe instead (witch are more expensive) It wasn't besy at all and the girl told me she couldn't do it because they were TO besy. And that they wouldn't be able before the 30th. Even after explaining her I was leaving for camp tomorrow..

Really bad costumer service.

Never gonna go again if I can't change it tomorrow before leaving.

Store was on sale so I got $600 worth of stuff for $200, love this store because it's more like WOMEN lingerie not teenage girl stuff, only wish they had more bras in different sizes, im a 32D-DD & there was about 5 different styles, which is more than normal but still.
