It was funny to see the staff talking well to the white woman in front of me and looking over the horizontal line to avoid making eye contact when it was my turn. Even after I paid the bill, They didn't say "thank you" or "have a nice day" until I did. They were just silent. I went because I needed something that was only sold here, but I think I'll never go again

Bought Christmas gifts for our granddaughters two weeks ago and the completely unempowered “manager” refused to allow them to exchange the items for different styles, despite the fact that my wife has bought hundreds of dollars in merchandise in that same store the past few years. I’d give the store zero stars if I could and rest assured we’ll never darken their store entrance again. Much better customer service at la sensa in the same Royalty Crossing Mall.

Found the staff very rude and unhelpful. One staff member was particularly rude and flat out ignoring customers, used to love this store 🙁 will be finding another place to shop

The girls working did an excellent job explaining sizing of bras and helped show how a bra should fit. They were very nice, and willing to help with everything. Great customer service. Highly suggested place if you're over ill fitting bras
