I wanted to rate 0 star. I had a terrible experience at this store. The service was incredibly poor and they were rude. On top of that, their attitude was condescending and to make matters worse, the owner was dishonest and refused to honor the discount they promised. Overall, the combination of poor service, rude behavior, and a dishonest owner made this the worst shopping experience I’ve had. Avoid this place at all costs!

If I could leave zero stars I would! While very personable these ladies are not qualified seamstresses. They did not pin nor mark the garment and instead just used a tape to measure a spot on the side. Then after 3 attempts to take in my skirt I just walked out. The zipper was broken and sewed shut halfway and the job was uneven, lumpy with ragged edges snd througjly botched. I have to replace the zipper and redo the entire job. And… a fringe detail on the skirt was damaged and now requires repair. . I have come to find several other disgruntled customers. As I said these ladies are pleasant and helpful but not able to do anything more than a simple hem. Don’t risk your clothes going there. I ended up at Cosmo Tailors on St Paul. Excellent result.

Saw a gorgeous gown at the store I tired and loved it but it was too long , I payed for the gown and wanted to try with the heels so I left my gown at the store after a purchase . I found out later the bride is wearing a pink sequins gown for her reception and I didn’t want to wear something a bride will be wearing . I called the store spoke to a guy over the phone told him my concern and I asked for a refund and also mentioned him the gown is still with you guys . He was rude , obnoxious and had zero customers service skills . I don’t know how they manage to run the store with such bad attitude. I’ll never go in again . Please Ask for their refund policy . I would have not asked for refund and probably exchanged with something else but his behaviour is what made me write this review and I never do google reviews , for me to review it had to be extremely bad .

I brought in a pair of new with tags crop pants for a simple hem. These didn’t come in petite so I needed them to be shortened. The length, post alteration, is even and correct. The stitching on the other hand is not. In addition, they used a hot iron on these poly/spandex work pants and now there are permanent shiny burns on my brand new pants. Now, I am going to take some responsibility here as I had even stated to a coworker that I had other alterations/repairs that needed to be done - with clothing that was older and that I should get one of those repaired/altered first in case I wasn’t happy with the quality. Unfortunately I got impatient. Thankfully it is on a hem and nobody is going to be looking at it - but considering they were brand new, it’s still super disappointing.

The customer service was meh. Flat, uninviting and disorganized. Odd for a brand new (to the mall) business. They were completely disorganized when I went to pick up my pants. The woman had to go through every bag before finding my pants - kept pulling out blue jeans and asking if these were mine even though I kept telling her that mine were blue dress pants. There were tags on every bag with clients names and phone numbers - she wasn’t checking these. This business has some growing pains in some regards (organization/customer service) but ultimately the quality of the alteration wasn’t good. I’m giving a 2 because the pants length was straight and accurate and were completed in the timeline they provided. Received a text when they were completed - which is a bonus for busy folk. That said, I will find another seamstress next time or do it myself.

Very good customer service. I bought few suits and jewelry from here. People are very sweet to talk and the quality of their stuff is very good and high. Pricing is very affordable and they suggested really good ideas on contrasting and pairing. I would love to visit here again and suggest everyone to at least pay a visit once.

This place deserves 0 stars! Do not take anything here to get tailored, these ladies are clearly not qualified seamstresses. Absolutely horrible work. You can see their abilities on the clothing they sell which are horribly stitched!

We bought my daughter her grad dress here. They are altering it for free, and treated her so special. We will definitely be back.

Had a couple of shirts hemmed and they came out terrible. Uneven sew and material folded up and sewn over. Now have to take somewhere else to get fixed.
