I have worn glasses for most of my life. I am super sensitive to new lenses and adjustments. Kylie is amazing!!! She is patient and listens to what you are telling her to help you have the best vision! Dr Moir is very knowledgeable and easy to talk to as well! Myself and three children had the most amazing experience!
My daughter (has some anxiety) was very unsure and they made her feel so comfortable, explaining step by step the process.
They make the appointment fun and picking glasses for myself was a breeze! I will continue to recommend Lakeland Family Eye care to friends and family.

Visited LFE for an annual eye exam. I'll start by saying the doctors are great at what they do! Very friendly and professional. Found the front desk attendant a bit rude and condescending when I informed them that I'd be purchasing my contact lenses elsewhere.

The doctors are great...but that's all that's great. Grandson got his new glasses a few days ago and he mentioned his eyes were blurry so the lady told him to try them over the weekend and if still the same on Monday bring them back. I took them back today and told the lady I dealt with today his glasses are not right and all she wanted to do is argue with me that it's his eyes which I know it's not cause he just had his eyes checked there Nov 1 and I now they don't change that bad in less than 3 weeks. So had no choice but to book another appointment in order to get results and now he's back to wearing his old pair which he has out grown so I'm not pleased at all. Once his glasses are fixed my family and I will start going back to Cold lake eye care where they are more professional.

This is a wonderful professional business. Both my children had eye exams yesterday. For my youngest it was his first time. He was so excited. For my daughter, she already wears glasses, this was just a yearly check up to see if anything has changed.
I was very happy that my youngest does not need glasses at the moment and my daughters vision remained pretty much the same.
What makes this place fantastic is that the eye doctor did not try to sell me things that my kids did not need (y'know? Like when you take your car in for service and all of a sudden there is so many things that need replacing?)
It's nice to have an honest, respectable service like this in a small town. Kudos to Lakeland Family Eyecare 🙂
