The fiance and I were visiting the area and decided to drop in to buy a wedding dress, and we were taken in without any issues. As a bit of a back story, we had tried a few of the other shops around Kelowna, who wouldn't take us in unless we had booked an appointment.

Couldn't even browse their selection.

L'amore not only got us in with an unscheduled visit, they walked us through our options, found a dress and had us out the door with a perfectly fitting dress in less than an hour and a half.

I can’t say enough positive things about Devi and L’amore Bridal. I had ordered dresses online and had to have them altered. After the tailor had them for 6 weeks, I went to try them on they still didn’t fit! I was so discouraged and it was only 5 weeks to our wedding!
My sister was able to book an appointment for us at this shop the next day. I had hopes we would find something but thought it would be expensive and take time for alterations. I was wrong on both counts!
Devi listened to what I wanted and brought me 5 dresses. Any one of them would have worked but the 5th one was the ONE! Perfect size and perfect length.
Don’t make the same mistake I did! Try here first!

We had a fantastic experience at Lamore Bridal & Formal while shopping for my sisters grad dress. After visiting another store where the staff seemed uninterested and the selection was limited, Lamore was a breath of fresh air. The woman who helped us—possibly the owner—was incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely passionate about what she does. She asked thoughtful questions and guided us to the perfect dress. The selection was impressive, making the whole process enjoyable. I highly recommend this shop for anyone looking for formalwear, whether for grad or a wedding!

Shopping for grad dresses for my niece. They squeezed us in even though we didn’t have an appointment. She asked a lot of questions and listened. Then showed us the perfect dress. And even had a back up or two in case. The one she showed first had everything we mentioned loving in other dresses. The selection is amazing and the woman there definitely loves her job. This is the only place I will be recommending for formal dresses and bridal in Kelowna.

Dalia, the owner of L’Amore is wonderful! I needed a Mother of the Bride dress three weeks from my daughter’s wedding. As I’ve been recovering from a significant concussion for over six months, I called and left a message explaining my situation. I heard from Dalia right away with a voice message and a text and then a couple of days later her consultant also called me. Dalia went above and beyond to ensure that my shopping experience was positive. She served me herself, turned the music on low, I was distanced from other shoppers and she helped me choose an exquisite dress that is perfect for me! She was kind, caring, funny and honest. Dalia also chose a second dress for me for a future occasion that is breathtaking! We had gone to another store prior & it wasn't a great start to the dress shopping & my bestie bride just wasn't feeling her best & everything change the moment we walked in!

The ladies working (I'm sorry I can't remember their names!) just helped turned her whole day around & we walked out with her beautiful dress, her daughters dress & mine!

They were hilarious, had amazing feedback, were able to get my bestie out of her head & just made everyone feel so welcome! We are still talking about the experience we had to this day!
