A very tight walkable retail centre with really good - no, great!!! - dining options.

Groceries, thrift-stores, dining options galore within 3-blocks: transit or park and eat Japanese, Thai, Canadian/American, fish & chips, Mexican, have a coffee... A fountain in the centre... Whole strip is beautiful during the holiday season.

I visit by transit 2-3 times a month; bus #95 from downtown.

I found the Complex and parking lot arrangement rate easy to get around, and stores are visible and lots of parking, but the save on foods in the complex to be very overprice and not a lot of great selaction. The deli that made fresh sandwiches and pizza didn't really have anything to offer. Everything is empty and they didn't have pizza by the slice. Took about half an hour of me looking around and I ended up walking out with a yogurt and two small danishes not really satisfied but. If you're doing a big shop it might be a good choice

Very good parking, for the amount of customers that flow through. Very nice to have a dry cleaners there, but I was sad when the locally owned video rental store closed. Excellent Chinese food at Foo Wah.
