I recently had a private shopping session at Lavender and Lace with a friend, what an amazing experience. Most of my shopping lately has been ordering online. Going into a store and having a rack of clothes picked out specifically for you is such a fun way to shop. Kassidy did an amazing job putting together pieces that I loved and also put me in items I never would select for myself. I can't wait to do it again

I reached out to LLB as I was in Alberta travelling to meet with family and booked a private shopping session with Kasidy. It was incredible! She had everything I wanted to try on ready for me, had some good suggestions and was overall incredibly friendly. I highly recommend booking a private shopping session...I will certainly be booking another one when I go back out west again! Also, the store has some interesting items that aren't available online, so definitely check it out. I felt like a VIP throughout the entire process!

I have been trying to shop her for a little while. Hours are impossible and when you arrive and don’t see the item they say it “might be online”. And I can pick up but the return policy is bad. It’s as if they don’t want me to support local.

Such an amazing local boutique! The lovely ladies running LLB care so much about their customers and their business. You can feel the attention that goes into all orders when picking it up. Storefront is so inclusive and completely judgment free. The book nook is also incredible. Love LLB!

Every time I go to the city I always find time to stop at the boutique. The girls are amazing and there are always so many great pieces. It’s always a plus to catch amazing in store prices! The BookNook is my newest obsession! Highly recommend you stop in for a shopping session if you are in the area!

Brand new customer. Bought a bunch of different items, but was unsure about a pair of pants. The girls working there said they looked awesome…very popular…etc. did everything they could to sell me on them. I was humming and hawing at the till when I paid for my stuff as to whether or not I should get the jeans...so I asked…if I get them home and I don’t like them, can I return them? She said absolutely…just bring them back with your receipt. Tried to do that within a couple of days, as I really didn’t like them. She did not mention to me when I asked about retuning them, that it would only be returned for store credit. Upon my return, they proceeded to tell me it doesn’t matter what happened, that is their policy….I should have noticed there was a “sign” on the counter.
With a new customer asking about the return policy, she should have told me. Period. I buy a LOT of clothing. At a lot of boutiques…never had this issue before. This is the first one I have run into that does not refund ant all. I completely understand not returning sale items, or having an “return window” but I find this unreasonable given the circumstances. And if she would have told me, I would have respected that…and not bought the pants till I was sure. Upon return, her suggestion to me was…”you can always sell them”. 🤦🏻‍♀️

I have loved LLB since day one. Great local boutique with lots of unique items, a variety of styles and brands. They have always been so supportive of the community. And now even more so by bringing in great local products. It’s a great place to find items for yourself but also gifts for others.
