Talked to Gilles in the morning about going to look at a vehicle after work. When I got there, he told me the vehicle had sold. He made zero effort to let me know before I made the hour trip even tho he knew I was coming. Vehicle was not marked as sold before I went. Also dismissed me very quickly and didn't offer to show me any other vehicles. Poor communication. Not impressed.

Guy was very rude. would’ve gave a 0 if possible. The guy wasn’t in only the women and she told us the guy needed to be there to purchase. Called the following day guy sold vehicle and gave a rant about how he doesn’t “hold cars”. When we would’ve bought initially but he wasn’t there to sell it. As a response to your response; there is no excuse quit being awful and blaming customers, take the blame for once, maybe you should’ve been there. No consideration. No excuse for your poor business. I am allowed to leave a bad review, this is from my perspective we were both customers. And again why open if she can’t get the job done?

Gilles and Mary Ann are such a pleasure to deal with. They found us a great older car in excellent like new condition and held it for us as we were coming a long way to get it. I was ghosted after I asked some direct questions and wanted to arrange a test drive. The dealership is 8 hours away and once I asked for a test drive I was told they don't give test drives in the winter. If I'm driving 16 hours and staying overnight to see a car, I'm pretty serious about buying it. I expect to be able to drive it, provided weather permits. Nice job ghosting me there, Guy. I'm so glad I have taken your car off my list.
Added edit after reply. I live in Canada so, yes, I know what snow is. I have 2 unanswered emails from the weekend. You did reply initially, however I have 2 that have nor been addressed. Dont try to put your business practices on me. If you did reply to All my emails, please re-send and if so, I will apologize and delete.

Gilles & MaryAnne are absolutely wonderful to work with. When the original vehicle I purchased from them wasn't working for my family, they did everything they could to rectify and ensure I was not only happy, but safe. They were easy to talk to and completely understanding. They bought back the original vehicle and worked with me to find the right vehicle--ensuring I got a GREAT deal.
