Amazing customer service. It was my first time in the store today and I went in to verify a piece of jewlery. Brittany took the time to examine it and allow me to look for myself. Even though I was not looking to purchase today she still treated me like a loyal customer. I received a beautiful family ring for Christmas. I brought it in for resizing and they were amazing. Sized my finger, provided a receipt with a picture of the ring on it. It came back quicker than they estimated- I got a text and went in to get it. The whole experience was pleasant, easy, not rushed and comfortable! I would definitely recommend this business. Hugest of thank you's to Legacy Jeweller's for the repairing of one of our families greatest treasures. I am, and forever will be, grateful to you. If you were ever in the Smith family home at 10405-100th Ave for any length of time you would have seen and/or heard this awesome railroad clock. It brings back such wonderful memories of my family and a house that has since burnt down. The staff at Legacy Jewellers is friendly, helpful and accommodating. They stand behind their service work as well. I have a lot of watches and they are quick to service my watches at a reasonable price. The only time that I have had an issue, was with a watch that had stopped working only 2 months after a new battery was installed by them. They checked it on the spot and determined it was a dead battery, which they replaced at no charge and no questions asked. Some stores might have argued that it was a different watch but they trusted me and I trust them.

My husband’s glasses needed repair which could only be done by a jeweller. I dropped them off around 1:00 p.m. and by 3:30 I received a message that they were done. I am so happy with the service. I have dealt with this jeweller before and I’ve always had very good service. I am so thankful they repaired my husband’s glasses so quickly. Thank you to Legacy Jewellers.
